River Run Golf Course

Front nine is in great shape. The back 9 is in awful shape

$100 for a course that double booked our tee time, two fairways that were completely brown and unplayable (no notice from the staff), greens that were unbelievably slow, and halfway house with no beers!

Haven't had a bad experience like this is in a while.

Good layout. Good price. Some holes were distressed (#11!), but overall the course was in decent condition. Rain night before had made some bunkers unplayable. I’d play it again.

Course was dead on the back 9. Couldn’t tee off on 5 holes because they sprinklers were on. Was kind of a cluster overall. $117 is absurd tho. It’s a $60-$70 course

Back 9 fairways and greens were dead. 6 holes we couldn’t tee off because sprinklers were on for 10+ minutes

The course was in great condition. Unfortunately, we got rained out on the back nine. We were given a very good rain check. Will definitely play there again.

The course is fun. Nice layout. Some holes feature bay views. Front nine easier than back. Two fairways have some condition problems but fine to play through.

Decent layout,, course conditions were not good. Tee boxes and some fairways were in rough shape. The amenities were great. Must disclose it rained all the time we golfed

Course was particularly bad condition. Absolute shame in the price charged.

Play was painfully slow and no course attendants speeding up play.

Should be embarrassed to charge $144 to play. I have played $50 courses in nicer condition.

I enjoyed playing here with my buddy. It was a fairly cloudy day with some sprinkles so the course wasn't too busy. We only had 1 group trail us in the back 9. There were a few holes where the fairway was being repaired. We guessed it was from kids on E-bikes tearing up the course. Didn't mind the renovations at all but there was very limited practice facilities before our round. There were only a few "cages" to hit irons - no driver practice. The putting green also was fairly small and didn't have actual holes.

We were challenged a bit by the course but we were a little disappointed in the clubhouse and lack of warm up options.

We did say we would come back to play one day but we have a number of other courses we want to try out and for the price of this course, we won't be going back in the near future. Overall, we had a decent time. Very few staff members were around all day.

I played here 2 weeks ago. The tee sheet was fairly full and we played in 4 hours. Today we played in 5 hours 20 minutes. Oof. There were marshals driving around, but it didn't do any good. The new owner is doing a lot of good things here. Let's hope he fixes this.
