I liked the layout of the course. However, many fairways had severe burnout. The greens were in good shape, but tee boxes were beat up. Turf management was in evidence as aeration and over-seeding could be seen throughout the course, but the course was in dire need of irrigation. I look forward to playing the course again, perhaps in the fall.

The best local value. I've played there a few times this year and always have a great time. I got caught in a little rain but the course handled it well and the conditions were still great.

Challenging course lay out but the course needs to be better maintained! Some fairways and tee box's have no grass and the greens are like putting on carpet!

I enjoyed my round at Ocean Resorts, the course has a diverse layout and was in great shape all the way around. Course has a few challenges and fairways are not too tight...good course for all levels of play. Staff was good but I never saw a beer cart (maybe mid-morning tee time is too early) I would definitely play this course again.

This is a nice course that reminds me of many courses back home. The only thing I could fault them with is the greens were very SLOW. Other than that, I enjoy the course.

Two times on a spur of the moment I have played this course in the afternoon. Had never played here before. The helpful hints on the scorecard for each hole was very helpful for a new course. Staff was extremely helpful and considerate.

Paid $20 on Golfnow and wouldn't pay that much more. Basic golf on the same level as Bay Club and River Run. Play from the back Tess or you will have layup iron shots too many holes.

We had played Ocean Resorts several years ago and the course was in pretty poor shape. Thought we would give it a try again, but found the course to be in similar condition. Granted the course was very wet after rain the night before, but the grass on the tee boxes was thin and patchy and sections of several fairways were the same.

Course condition was very average at best. Greens were not good at all. Some very strange rolls that I've rarely seen on any greens. This course is used as a turf management training facility for WOR-WIC community college, and I'm wondering what their program is teaching their students based on what I saw at this course.

If you are looking for all the bells and whistles that are offered at some courses in the area this is not the place to go. If you are just looking for a nice round of golf at a good price...then I would recommend this course. It is well maintained and offers many challenging holes. The greens are slower than I'm used to, but roll nice and smooth. The pace of play that day was great...done in less than 3 hours (probably due to the forecast). The grill inside isn't fancy, but I had a good burger at a nice price. The overall value was excellent. We only paid $19 for a 2pm tee time. It wasn't very busy and they let us go out around 130pm. If you are looking to golf in the beach area but aren't looking to drop a fortune, this is a good choice!

Overall a great value during the summer and the greens were good, fairways good and even the sand good.

The staff was extra helpful, even came out to ask how we enjoyed it after 9. Challenging course. Bring extra balls.

This course has a very down home feel to it. The course located in a rural area, the most friendly staff, and the locals just make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The range is grass, the food and drinks are a bargain and the people are great.
Go golf here and get away from the beach tourists!

This is a great course for seniors as it is very fair and not long if using the green tees. We golfer with 4 seniors and finished in 4 hours. Friendly staff. Course in decent shape. Good Value.

Got the tee time last minute for a great price. I was pleasantly surprised what good condition the course is in. It was a fun round.

For a novice like myself wide open fairways are always welcome. It helps build confidence. We weren't rushed by heavy crowds. I enjoyed playing this course.

If you want a combination of value and variety, this course does just fine.

The course was decent overall got the GolfNow hot deal price under $25 for a round can't complain at all really at that price, Not Bad give it a shot atleast once...

I had a good time playing this course. I wasn't in a rush. The staff is extremely friendly and I got a good price on GolfNow.

My only grip is that there is a big disparity between the Whites and the Blues in terms of yardage.

They Whites played kind of easy (100 yard approaches, or less, in to almost every green).

From the Blues I could see this course being challenging.

I would like to see them close the gap from Whites to Blues.
