Nice course layout. Greens and fairways need rain. Lacks directions to next tee box. Was not busy when I was there. Friendly people. Would love playing here again when course is in better playing condition.

Very nice staff were the highlight to the day. Course conditions are rough right now. Several fairways and even a few greens are bare. The back 9 layout is silly, particularly from the back tees. #10 is a joke of a hole.

Overall, I would reserve this place for the most junior players looking to get a round at the lowest price in the area. And at $65, we didn’t even get that value proposition.

This course is in terrible condition one of the worst courses I have ever played at. The tee box is like a sand trap. The greens have holes, dead grass, and weeds all over making it practically impossible to putt. There are many different courses that you could go to for the same amount of money.

Terrible conditions, greens are horrific. No grass on some greens. All around a waste of my money.

The course is in terrible shape. All but a couple of holes out of the 18 are essentially unplayable. The fairways are non existent, the greens are unputtable. Trees need to trimmed and obstruct shots. Avoid playing here. I’ve made my last visit here.

No grass on many tees and greens. Many greens had mislabeled pin positions. Course was starting to improve over the last year or so. It has regressed badly and was a major disappointment.

Course needs a lot of TLC. Too many other options in the area. They have lost their greens and tee boxes to the summer. Hard to tell if its due to weather, neglect, or budget.

I understand that this year has been extremely difficult for golf course maintenance people. However, it appeared that the tee markers and cups haven’t been moved in quite sometime. More than half of the tee boxes were just dirt, no grass. Several cups had brown grass around the cup. We had to place the ball on whatever grass we could find in the fairway.

Friendly staff. 4 or 5 greens listed as under repairs. Very interesting Coarse layout. Wish Coarse was in better condition. As for money, it was the least expensive around. OK for the money.

Got out early as a single done in 3 hours. Tee boxes 3/5 Fairways 3/5, rough 3/5, sand 4/5, greens 1/5 course layout 3/5.

I have played Ocean Resorts a few times before, and find it to be an overall good mix of holes, with several being quite challenging. However, the course conditions were only fair at best, with sizable bare areas on greens and in tee boxes. The course conditions have deteriorated some from the last time I played in 2022. I understand that the course is owned by Wor-Wic (Worcester/Wicomico) Community College, and is used to teach students how to maintain and manage a golf course, but that should further prioritize making the playing surfaces “playable.” I prefer other courses in the Ocean City area, such as Ocean Pines and Newport Bay, but Ocean Resorts is a good value as a Hot Deal and for less-experienced golfers.

Greens and tee boxes are dead. Half the fairways are dead. 3 holes on this course are decent and it is nowhere close to a $70 course.
