About
Located in the North Tucson area, SaddleBrook Ranch Golf Club borders the Santa Catalina Mountains. The course meanders through the high Sonoran desert, incorporating natural washes into the design and providing stunning mountain views from almost every hole. Abundant desert flora and fauna further enhance the rugged, gently rolling terrain. The golf course offers a mix of challenging holes and player-friendly features, resulting in a layout with several interesting risk-reward opportunities that will appeal to low and high handicappers equally. The player-friendly fairways are generous, allowing beginners to feel comfortable with ample room off the tees and rewarding thoughtful play. There are also carefully placed mounds, hollows, and bunkers along the large, receptive greens that provide opportunities to recover an errant shot. The golf course is made even more versatile with five different sets of tees.

Like playing this course..
Course is always in good shape, greens roll great.
Unplayable Bunkers
Overall course is in excellent condition. I am very saddened to say that after the course redid the bunkers a few years ago, they are unplayable! Like hitting off of cement. Recommend taking it our of the bunkers if you want to have an enjoyable round of golf. Not a fair test of one's ability out to the sand.
Great course
Course was very well maintained especially considering it was about the third week of 100 degree days. I’ll definitely be playing here again soon.
No Rain checks!!
Only got to play 13 holes due to bad weather and when we called the clubhouse to aske about a 9 hole rain check they denied us.
Great course!
I had a great time playing with both of my sons and friend yesterday. The course was in really good condition and the pace of play was about 4hrs, so not bad for a holiday weekend.
Friendly staff
The staff and the general public that golf’s there are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met.
Excellent track
We very much enjoyed our round in under 4 hours and great pace of play. Very happy we decided to play the Ranch course.
Terrible Marshall
Whoever the Marshall was on this day was very rude and needs to be given proper training on how to approach people. Myself and another gentleman were paired together and we were called to the tee box over the intercom that our twosome could go to the tee box and tee off. We played at a steady rate all day. After we pulled up to the green on the Par 5, #14 he drives up to us and says..."hey guys, I have a problem"! I than asked him what the problem was? He said, " where's cart#14"? I looked at our cart(#13) and told him, " I have no idea". He then got even more rude and stated he needed to keep track of the carts. I then told him that it sounds like this is definitely his problem and he should go find cart#14 and leave us alone. I then told him he should never approach people in that manner and we were done talking.
Greens Sucked!
Course was closed last week for aeration and the greens were UGLY! I realize it's necessary but it kinda ruined my round. I had 2 birdie putts inside 6 feet and both putts bumped around and lipped out. Also the plugs were scattered on the fairway rough which caused more issues. I still love this course.
Very nice afternoon
The course is very forgiving. And you can okay form many different tees to make the course as assessable or challenging as you would like. Makes for a good day on the course.
