Mixed fairways, some dead and painted and some growing grass. Greens in poor condition, I stopped putting on most as it was like playing Plinko. Do not care for hitting off mats for warmup either, can’t tee up a driver on the mat and they they get mad if you move to the grass to even hit your woods.

Tees and fairways in good shape. Greens very bumpy.

I've never wanted my money back but I was very close here. Course was in horrendous condition, bumpy painted greens, I've played muni courses with better fairways. Visually extremely unattractive, Marshall reprimanded us on the 8th hole 1 hour and 10 minutes into our round for being 20 minutes behind. We'll skip this place in the future no matter what the price....

The fairways are not much better. Greens will be torn up in a month to re-do. Disappointing, the conditions have went down hill considerably in the last 2 years.

Unfortunately the greens are still in very poor condition. It will take a month for them to grow through

Course is dry and needs water asap

We have never seen this course in such bad condition. Tha fairways were not over seeded and consisted of dried out burmuda grass.

The greens were very thin and uneven in grass coverage.

The layout is pleasant ant fun but the current conditions make it not worth the money.

Conditions of the greens were terrible. Staff to check this in was very rude

The overall course is nice , however the greens have been sanded and were very bumpy.

Fairways were dry but I believe they will start to water them in the near future.

Saddlebrooke Ranch used to be one of our favorite tracks. We haven't been able to play in over a year, so we were very excited to get back on the course and play. What a mistake! The condition of the course was absolutely appalling! Fairways are dead, with bare patches. Greens are bumpy, filled with a weed-like plant and bare spots. It was so sad what they've done to this course. It was so bad we quit after nine holes. Play this course at your own risk.

I think the course needs to redo the greens or figure out how to fix them. T boxes were marginal some cases putting T markers in the middle of gravel which made no sense as there were other areas to put the markers. The layout is OK if the course was in a little better condition.
