Great course layout but very dry
This course could be an incredible golf experience with its very impressive layout and design but it’s very dry right now and the bunkers are in desperate need of attention. For the value, I highly recommend playing this fun course but hope it gets some water soon.
Has a number of water hazards
First time playing this course. Found it to be a little easier than the Taberna course I am use to playing.
Only played 9 holes this time, but I will be back for a full 18 soon!
Beautiful course, friendly staff
This was our first time playing Carolina Colours and we really look forward to going back! The course is challenging but not too tough for a beginner. There times when driving to the next hole you felt like you’re in a nature park. It’s really pretty and the greens are in great shape. Also, the bar/cafe is excellent. Our party of three all had different sandwiches and they were all delicious. The beer is cold and cheap! The staff were really friendly, too, which was nice. We will definitely play here again. Off all the course we’ve played in New Bern this was our favorite.
sixsome. really?
great course, great value, friendly staff, but, in my 45 years of golfing, never had a sixsome in front of us, really slow and no golf etiquette, should NEVER be allowed.
New Course for me
The course was easy to find, easy to pay, easy to start. The course was beautiful the players were cordial and everything went well. They could use a beverage cart, especially when the temps are in the 90's.

Greens were in excellent condition!
Nice course
The course was easy to find on the web and tee times were clear and easy to chose. The golf pass software was a challenge, but they were able to make it happen. All in all a really nice day of golf. The
Colours
Late spring now- course is growing in. Greens are good after having a few with trouble in winter. They are faster now also. Looks like some investment is being made with fans on some greens, TLC plantings, sod laying, bunker changes. Should be in real good conditions soon!
Great Shape
There were a couple rain showers but not enough to stop play. The course was in great shape and the staff is always friendly.
1st time here. Condition’s were dry. Greens were fast and smooth. Fairway’s were fast and hard. The ball rolled out great. Would play it again!
Great Course to Play
The Bentgrass greens and traps were in great shape. And the Bermudagrass fairways are greening up.
Great course to play. It has some very interesting holes to test your ability.
Hidden Gem
Took a chance of coming down to play before heading to the beach for a fishing trip. This course is a hidden gem and will definitely be back. Well worth the trip and money to play. ProShop has a grill and bar inside. Very well maintained establishment.
