Good place
Course overall good but greens in rough shape. Grass thin in a lot of greens, plus pins had not been moved in days. Please don’t be lazy with moving holes. Customers should get the best quality, we are paying with our $.
Decent course
Course was good except sand traps they were washed out
Needs some attention
The bunker were unplayable, so much so that the pro suggests taking it out without penalty. Was able to play out of 1.
The greens were getting invaded by what appeared to be kikuyu grass. Some work is needed.
Pleasant track, fairways in wonderful shape.

Great Course
Friendly staff. Well Maintained. Excellent practice facility. Challenging but not ridiculous. Love the long bridge section through the forest.
Hidden Gem
A true gem of a course in the ENC. The staff was great, the golf carts were in excellent condition with working GPS. The members I was paired with were a plus too. I think I’ve been accustomed to playing average courses, but this is the closest I’ve been to a Palm Springs course since I played the Classic Club. I will most definitely make this a monthly treat for my game. The course is not Oakmont, but has just enough teeth to make the game interesting, but not a cake walk. The bunkers on the long Par 4, and Par 5s were placed in key positions that makes you plan out your next shot.
Great Conditions
Tee box to green, course is in great condition. Fairways were maintained well with well manicured greens. Definitely one of the better courses to play in the New Bern area.
Great course in great condition - few small gripes
I really enjoyed playing but have a few minor gripes. First the bar/cafe closes at 4 so you can’t have a beer after an afternoon round. I was told it is controlled by the homeowners association which told me all I needed to know. Next, during the round we encountered a couple of singles and wondered why they weren’t paired up and seemed to come out of nowhere. We also encountered a group with three golf carts which luckily let us play through. Finally there is one hole that left us scratching our heads.i believe it is number 11. It winds to the right and then to the left like a snake and basically makes it almost impossible for someone to go for the green in two even with a great drive. Overall this was a great deal for the money and would highly recommend playing it.

Great value for your money very friendly staff challenging layout
Great course
Great course and can’t beat it for the price. Staff was very friendly. Especially one of the cooks in the kitchen. He brought out our order at the turn and made my son’s day. Love the layout of the holes and variety of tee boxes for every skill level. Will be back again. Lastly the carts have nice plush seats with a gps system on it.
