Rude people
It was a slow day of golf. We let a two some go through on the 12th hole. Then got help up for two holes.
Then a group of 2 which are members kept staring at us, yelling and just being rude. So we didn’t let them go through as we only had 4 holes left and they made our last 4 holes miserable.
We ended up having words in the parking lot. Shouldn’t have to golf being rushed, pushed and have things said to you on the golf course.
First time playing
Nice course layout. Even for winter time play. Good choices of tee box lengths to allow different skill levels to challenge their game. Several sand traps, mostly fairway bunkers, were filed with water which was unfortunate for those of us who like to find sand off the tee. However, we had a recent storm with a large amount of rain. I’ll definitely play again soon.
Aways in great shape
I play CC a half dozen times each fall.when I'm in the area. It's one of my local favorites. It's always in great shape and the staff is always kind and helpful
Great Saturday Afternoon
The staff was very friendly. The course was in great shape. The electronics on the cart were easy to use and very helpful for my first time at Carolina Colours. Really enjoyed the 9 holes we played today!
Mobley duo
Greens were a little fuzzy and inconsistent and other than that course was fine
delightful
This is a well laid out classically Carolina woodland course on a terrific large property.
Ground entry is available on all but a short par 3 so you needn't be single digit to enjoy. There was enough depth to the rough to add difficulty to the errant tee shot. The greens are the primary defense to the course. They ran true and were in very good condition. I've played lots of the top rate courses in the world and found this to be an enjoyable jewel.
Showing some end of season wear.
Greens look as though they need water and course fairways are getting hard. T-boxes are not too bad. Great deal from GolfPass and paid only $19 for 18 holes, great weather and pace for playing single.
Great Course
I play this course every chance I get!! Love it. Beautiful scenery.
Diamond in the Ruff
Found this course on Golf Now while traveling through North Carolina. First impression when entering property was “an upscale venue”. Driving range was well laid out with unlimited balls at a minimal cost. All staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Course provided five sets of tees to facilitate multiple “play it forward options”. Some stress on greens was evident from a prolonged heat spell. Well laid out track which was fun to play. Pace of play was under 3.5 hours. Would definitely play here again!
