Lakes at Firewheel Golf Park

This course was in excellent condition. Greens played true and made for an entertaining day for my group. Course was packed for Good Friday and pace was slow on a few holes but the Marshall did excellent by staying in touch with everyone. The fee was great to top it all off. Keep up the great work!!!

I played on 4/15/17 and was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the course was. Friends had raved about the other two Firewheel courses (Bridges and Old Course) so I did not have very high expectations for the Lakes. Everything was in great shape, fairways and tee boxes, putting greens were in great shape. The course is beautiful, lots of water. Overall a very good value for the price. Some challenging holes. I will definitely be back.

The staff was friendly and helpful, carts are in good shape. We saw a lot of walkers as well.

Challenging course if you are aggressive. Lots of water but it's not overwhelming. Even for high hidicaps. Green are true. Unfortunately I played when the wind was 25 MPhil. Must play it again soon.

Some areas need attention,but overall,it's a fantastic golf course.

We all enjoyed the day at Firewheel, none of us had played the course before and found it challenging. We all agreed that we would play it again

The cart girl only came by once in18 holes. The course is okay. I would play it again.

Poor condition but was early in spring. Might be better when grass greens and trees fill out.

It is mid Feb...yeah, so the fairways haven't grown out yet, it isn't lush and green...but what a fun track to play. The Greens were in great shape and rolled really week. Would play here again in a heartbeat!

Great Deal for the money. Course is kept in great condition. good layout. I highly recommend this course.

This course was a lot of fun. I played it the day after a heavy rain and the course still looked good. I will definitely be back.

I will definitely play this course again for my continuous game improvement.

I forgot how pretty some of the holes look out on the Lakes course. All greens and fairways are in really good shape and rolling true. With some forced carries, tight lanes and small greens there are some real challenges from the blue tees. Great value. Good job Garland.

The course is in great shape! A lot of water on the course - it IS the Lakes course, but didn't come into play a lot. However, I believe it is on hole 16, there is a creek all along the right side that isn't depicted on the score card or my sky caddie.

We were right at a 4-hour pace of play (9 am tee time). However, the marshal came up to us on the back around hole 12/13 and informed us we HAD to be finished by 1:00 because there was a shotgun tournament teeing off. That would have been good to know in the pro shop before we teed off or at the turn.

No cart girl (glad we asked!) so had to stop at the turn for provisions. The ladies in the grill are very nice, but definitely not in a hurry. Prices are reasonable, 16 oz beers instead of the traditional 12 ouncers. No coolers on the cart, glad we brought our own.

Would play again & recommend.

Course was overall in really good shape. Greens were a little bumpy and slow but held well. Better yardage markings would also be a great help. All in all a really good course and a great value

Finally broke 90 and this thing. Tons of water and hazards on the right. They keep the rough pretty long a lot of times, greens are pretty slow. Bunkers in good shape. This course is tough, but finally was able to get under 90. Ugh!

This course is amazingly in GREAT condition! The grounds from tee to green are in great shape. I would play here everyday if I could!.
