About
Clear Creek Golf Course is a flat, wide-open links-style track loaded with water and bunkers. The only sort of elevation changes you'll experience come from the ravines that route through the course and the undulating greens.
The back nine is the more challenging, spiced up by some interesting par 3s and two outstanding par 5s. Clear Creek's 11th hole goes 555 yards and involves an approach over a ravine, and No. 13 is a 584-yard monster that double-doglegs to a skinny green framed by bunkers.

Nice tract
Enjoyed playing here, nice greens and fairways. Only draw back was a fivesome making for long afternoon. Marshals on weekend to help with slow play
Great Course… Horrible Pace of Play
First time playing here, and the course was in good shape. Greens we’re perfect and fairways/rough we’re above average mainly. However- the pace of play was terrible. Even though it was a Friday, it took me 5hrs to play 18. Foursomes & even fivesomes were only stacked 8 minutes apart. Only downside - just so hot and took so long.
They did have a promotion where you get a free hotdog and 2 beers which was awesome. Overall 4/5 (5/5 if they can fix pace of play issues)

Best course played in months
Terrific spot
Been playing clear creek for years and it’s always been a terrific bargain. Currently the course despite Houston heat wave, it’s in terrific shape. Great job to groundskeepers here !
Great Course
Had 8:20 tee time. Arrived early and hit a few balls on the range. Started round at 8:20 and finished 18 at 12:10. Pace was good overall, group ahead of us was slow but gave time to sit in shade. Overall it’s a great course. Lots of bunker’s lots of water. Lost a few balls but I expected it since I don’t play often. I will definitely return. Only draw back is no personal coolers due to the extreme heat in Houston this would have been nice.
Greens need work but better than it was before. Nice layout and can’t beat the prices
Sunday Fun
Course is really rounding into shape....despite a severe lack of rain. Staff really needs to be commended fro their outstanding work.
