About
Clear Creek Golf Course is a flat, wide-open links-style track loaded with water and bunkers. The only sort of elevation changes you'll experience come from the ravines that route through the course and the undulating greens.
The back nine is the more challenging, spiced up by some interesting par 3s and two outstanding par 5s. Clear Creek's 11th hole goes 555 yards and involves an approach over a ravine, and No. 13 is a 584-yard monster that double-doglegs to a skinny green framed by bunkers.

Everything is under maintenance
They advertised temporary greens, but they failed to mention that the teeboxes are also unavailable. It's basically a par 3 course right now.

Good course
Greens were under renovation so play was off, but took two beginners out and they enjoyed it a lot!

A golf course with NO GREENS!
Zero grass on EVERY GREEN! Bumpy, packed dirt instead. They either killed the grass by mistake or took it out in preparation of replacing the greens (if you can believe it).
The worse part is that Clear Creek says nothing to warn golfers. Surprise! No greens.
And Golf Now gives no warning either.
See you in maybe...a few months.

Horrible conditions
Golfnow indicated the greens would be undergoing maintenance starting 7/7. I booked a tee time for 7/6 and found the greens had already started undergoing serious maintenance. All greens were 100% sand. I usually like playing Clear Creek but these conditions were bad and miscommunicated.
All greens were pure sand
Played on the 4th of July and paid 85 dollars to play on a horrendous course. Every green was entirely sand. This was a huge bummer since generally I like this course. A warning for these conditions would’ve been nice. They definitely shouldn’t have been charging full price for this.

Greens were under construction
Been years since i played here. Reserved through golf now and found out about greens being fully covered in pressed sand on my approach shot. A lot of crab grass in the fairways but besides that the course is nice, just not worth what is charged.

Bad course
They don’t even have greens. They are grays. No grass and impossible to put on. Charging that much for a course that doesn’t even try to improve the greens I would never recommend even to my worst enemy.

Greens in terrible shape
Greens were awful and full of sand. Sounds like they’re trying to allow people to play while getting new grass to grow on the greens. If so should have been a discount on the round. Not worth $80 in my opinion.

19 reasons to call before you book.
Every green including practice was scalped, brown and top dressed. Rough was cut but thick so you’re not finding 80% of balls off the fairway. Speaking of fairways they were in good shape along with tee boxes despite a strong amount of weeds. You can have a good time here just not worth 80 bucks until the greens are repaired.

Disappointed
Credit card machines were down. Greens were sand and dirt. And we had a 6:50 tee time just for them to shotgun start a tournament in the middle of our round. Shouldn’t pay $85 for bad conditions and to book an early tee time just to get stuck behind multiple groups in the middle of your round. I’ve played this place multiple times and no issues, but currently I’d not recommend this to my friends.

Save your money go somewhere else
The greens do not exist; abysmal/nonexistent putting surface. If I had not driven out to the course, I would have requested refund after the first hole and went home. Save your money go somewhere else.

Greens are Yellow
All the greens are yellow with dead grass. Looks like there is no sprinkler system. Don’t waste your money here.

Poor conditions, waste of money
This course was in very poor condition. The greens weren’t even green. They were so fast. You could barely tap the ball and would go 50 feet ended up paying $70 of green fees for a piece of crap green. I’ll go anywhere but here.

Greens are under renovation
Everything about the course is fine, they have gotten a bit pricey of late though. But they have killed the greens, on purpose, to renovate them. So right now it is dirt greens and they are about to start having temporary greens. So unless it is super cheap, you’d better go elsewhere.
