About
Clear Creek Golf Course is a flat, wide-open links-style track loaded with water and bunkers. The only sort of elevation changes you'll experience come from the ravines that route through the course and the undulating greens.
The back nine is the more challenging, spiced up by some interesting par 3s and two outstanding par 5s. Clear Creek's 11th hole goes 555 yards and involves an approach over a ravine, and No. 13 is a 584-yard monster that double-doglegs to a skinny green framed by bunkers.

Post Hurricane Harvey -- FANTASTIC!
Every Green was beautiful except for 2 that had some rough spots. speed was fast and course was in GREAT shape, especially after the flooding caused by Hurricane Harvey. Very impressed with the condition and quality of the course!
Cant wait for a rematch, since my normal 95 was a 93 this time...
Sunday funday
Booked a tee time for sonday morning and bunkers were declared GUR course itself was in good shape. First couple holes a bit slow then things spread out to make for a decent pace. Probably one of my best days off the tee box which helps on this course. Played from the whites in order to relax and enjoy the round and carded a 83 which was one of my best rounds to date. May have been higher without the bunker GUR status but only ended up in 3 bunkers. Free beer with tee time was enjoyable at the turn.
Great course
This course is very nice. Open fairways, but still some trouble to keep it fun. It's hit and miss if it's going to be busy or not. I've been there all times of the day, almost every day of the week and it can be completely empty or slammed. Either way it's a great course and the staff are nice people.

I enjoy playing at this course. However, a Marshall is much needed to help enhance pace of play.
Good fun course, just beed better upkeep
Course is usually in decent shape, staff is friendly and carts with gps are great. Layout is challenging enough to keep you engaged but also fun, just don't go to the tall grass or your ball is lost. The only thing that needs to be addresses is restrooms mid-course, they have the facilities but are closed and not in good shape.
Course is on okay shape. Fairways are very firm. Bunkers are very hard...do not expect soft fluffy sand. Greens will let the ball check only after a large bounce.

open course so the wind was a factor, fun to watch a 100 yard chip get blown 30 yards off line. 'A tournament ahead slowed play more than it should have but hay, I wasn't in a hurry.
Clear Creek
Good course, great conditions and value for money. Only irritant I found were the flies all around you and the golf cart, its seasonal I've been told.
Good well maintained greens and overall conditions at the tee box and fairways is also good.
