Bentham Golf Course is situated in the Three Peaks area of North Yorkshire and has stunning scenery of Ingleborough and the surrounding hills. Often referred to as the 'Augusta of The Dales', Bentham Golf Course is a beautiful parkland course with tree lined fairways, multiple lakes and lush fairways. The course welcomes golfers of all abilities, offering an enjoyable round to less experience players and a challenge to those lower handicappers. The signature hole of the course is the par 3 10th that has you look down from an elevated tee to a tempting green which lies just on the other side of a stone walled pond.

The venue offers a great drink selection and some catering in the clubhouse which makes it the perfect place to enjoy a post-round drink and watch fellow golfers complete their round from the patio over looking the 18th. There is a pro shop on site too which is fully stocked with the latest brands and apparel, where custom club fitting is available. There is also a driving range and new practice chipping area under construction ready for the 2021 season. The course is home to Wenningdale Escapes who have on offer luxury glamping pod and lodge stays. These can be booked for a family holiday or for a golfing getaway.

Well worth a visit if you are in the area

A really nice hillside course with both challenges and opportunities for the average golfer. Prep work has been already been done on the greens so they should be playing excellently soon. Check out the weather forecast before as it is open to the elements. Mats in use over winter. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return to play again 👍

Fantastic Course

We played this course at the end of the heatwave and the course conditions were exceptional. The fairways, rough and around the greens were in incredible condition considering the lack of rain and the greens ran true and relatively fast. Each hole provides a different challenge and the surrounding scenery is breathtaking. This is an excellent course and we will defiantly be visiting again!
