Bidston Golf Club

Bidston Golf Club was great to play, Greens & Fairways there Excellent. A great variety of holes to suit all golfers, a few interesting risk & reward holes. Definitely worth a visit.

Nothing special not horrific.

Some parts of the course could do with a tidy up as lots of dog poo on some greens and in some bunkers but overall nothing horrific. It was very wet which surprised me but I suppose that’s to do with the fog. Very strange little almost hills along some fairways are odd but there’s nothing wrong with this course good value for money and will be even better once the weathers better.

Always a good walk with array of different holes,winters approaching,so temp tees and greens popping up,about 4 holes worth.Bring your long game,no roll in the fairways.

Overall good pace of play and folk let you play through

Well looked after and great course will definitely be playing here more often as it’s so close to my house too.

Course is in tip top condition. Greens cut to perfection. Best value for money golf course on Wirral by far!

Get a deal on here whilst you still can because they are terminating their contract with Golfnow soon. You'll have to pay full price after that which is £10-£15 more expensive than on here.

The greens were not in the best of conditions, covered in people's footprints and stained black. We were rained off on the 12th hole and tried to go into the clubhouse for a drink and warm up but it was all closed up.

Course was in fantastic condition greens where running fast perfect weather couldn’t ask for more

Played this place a good few times and the course isn’t the problem, it’s the fact that the pro shop is never ever open, there’s a poor fella in the bar running both the bar and pro shop, if you want some balls or tees make sure you are there an hour before your round because there’s no telling when you will get a staff member to let you in the place!

Course was in good condition greens and fairways were really nice .The only downside was the tees looked like they needed a cut grass was to long on them

Tee boxes are need cutting down, like teeing off from the rough. Greens in decent condition. Course in pretty decent condition following the bad weather but course layout is odd. It seems some greens are attached to the fairways of other holes with no separation.

After not playing for 3 months due to the weather, was pleased to see Bidston Fully open. Friendly and informative welcome in the pro shop. Considering all the rain lately the course was in amazing condition. No temporary greens in play, a few shorter holes off mats but all in all top notch for early January. I will be back very soon.
