Good course layout
A real test of golf , plenty of doglegs, makes you think your way around.
The greens need improving but an enjoyable round of golf.
Will definitely visit again.

Ultimate Value for Money
I have dismissed playing here a number of times based on the price, how good can the course be if they only charge £6?! The answer is probably the best value for money you will ever experience, its not the quality of the Belfry but overall in very good condition. The 17th green needed some work but aside from what all of the greens were in good condition as were tee boxes. Would recommend to anyone in the local area wanting a cheap game. Pace of play was good for us however we played on a weeknight.

Decent course
The course was well maintained and had a good variety of holes. The course is nice and open if you spray the ball around but is challenging at the same time.
Lovely course
This was our first visit to Brandon Woods but it will not be our last. A warm and friendly welcome, a great price and a lovely course made for a very enjoyable day. There was a good variety of difficulty and terrain and fairways and greens were in good condition. The greens took a bit of adjusting to as they were quite a bit quicker than we were used to but this was no detraction from our game.

The course was in excellent condition. Fairways were cut , but not shaved like some courses, giving the right amount of grass under the ball. Greens were also in very good condition allowing you the confidence that your put will run true and at a good speed.
Overall great value for money and a good challenge for even the most experienced golfer. Recommended
Best municipal course in midlands
Happy to write a review and say what great condition this course is in it is a fair test of golf some great driving holes even better short par 3s and fours where position is crucial friendly staff make you feel welcome

Good course ...imo...i just wish management would get someone out on the course to speed up play.....4.5 hours for a 2 ball is ridiculous .
Golf for all standard of players
We found the course of a good standard with a few wet areas but playable

Early season excellent
Considering it is March and clocks have just gone forward, the course was fantastic, very enjoyable, a bargain for anyone
Hot deal
For less than £8.50 you can't fault the course. Had I have known prior to booking it that quite a few of the holes were shortened maybe I wouldn't of gone, but knowing that Brandon woods is prone to flooding then maybe I should've had an inkling that this time of year would be quite boggy. Did the shorter, temp greens ruin it? No. Was it an excuse to get out for some last minute unplanned golf,yes!

Cannot fault price of £7 but in the winter a number of holes are shortened due to the River Avon encroaching. Great course can be slow in summer
Great course, staff very accomodating
Course shortened due to wet parts of the course. My friend was running late so staff put out yet time back half hour. Staff really friendly and even cracked a few jokes about their price. We will defiantly come here again.

course was in great condition very friendly staff and some members we spoke to were more than welcoming. The course was only playing a shortened course which was ok but not advertised at time of booking apart from that everything was fine will be going back again as we are thinking of becoming members over there but not untill it's on the full course
