Windmill Village Hotel, Golf & Leisure Club

The course was in excellent condition, with well-maintained fairways and greens. Each hole offered a unique challenge, keeping the round interesting from start to finish. The layout strikes a great balance between playability and strategy, making it enjoyable for golfers of all skill levels. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a memorable round of golf.

Course was in good condition, some tight and tricky par 3

on the back nine, short overall but some getable par 4s.

Enjoyable overall and nice bar facilities.

Felt a touch pricey if i'm honest.

One of my favourite courses!! Been playing here years, never get bored of it, short but some really challenging holes. Greens like carpets!!!! Well maintained. Only thing this time was they gave us a photo copied scorecard lol

Lovely tight technical course took about 3hrs so decent pace and best of all £20 for the round. Anywhere within 15 miles was 30+ so definitely looking to come back regularly

Obviously it’s a relatively short course, with some short par 4’s, however this course is challenging at times, forcing lay ups, unforgiving green locations and challenging slopes which I thoroughly enjoyed.

I also found the course to be in very good condition especially considering the dry weather and price.

I’m not paying St Andrews prices so don’t expect the greens to run as though, but again, I would say they’re above average condition for the area and certainly good fun even for the above average golfer.

There’s practice bets for warming up, nice putting green and I believe the restaurant/bar has some newly refreshed outdoor area with views overlooking the course and beyond.

This course used to be considered a ‘pitch and putt’ style course but I feel the club have made a good effort to increase the quality of the course and make it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I’ve been here a few times now and plan on playing here a lot more often.

This course is great for beginners with forgiving rough and enough challenges for a single handicapper with plenty of really pretty lakes, rivers and dog leg holes to challenge you. Would highly recommend.

Practice green perfect, course in great condition, its a little mazy but interesting, there were a couple of temp greens but this time of year that is acceptable.

only real issues were hotel guests walking dogs in areas where you could not see them happened twice and also random people walking around course one walked directly across a green while i was about to tee off

Paid for the full 18. Wasnt told before starting or booking that there was 3 temp greens in olay. Also wasnt told that hole 13,14, and 15 was closed full stop. Not worth the money on this day. Other sunny days its a great course but players should be told before hand that they are only getting 15 holes and temp greens are in play.

Great day course was great

At a little over 4000 yards this is little more than an over priced pitch and putt with a hard on.

Driveable par4s are fun when there's not 6 in a round and then 6 par3s.

£15 it's good, £30 was outrageous compared to other courses you can play for less.
