No negatives about the course or staff.
Lovely course, very friendly staff at reseption and clubhouse.
Pitty the do not serve a (small ) meal after 16.00 hrs.
Superb
Straight from the off this was such a great day. Friendly staff, good clubhouse and facilities right down to a really challenging course with outstanding views. Would recommend to anyone.
A cold visit to Dorset
Popped across the border from Devon to play this one. Picked a clear but a cold windy day to play. Course conditions were good and greens quite quick. As first timers a course map to go with the provided hole guide would have helped to find our way round. A good days golf and look forward to going back on a warmer day.
Play 1-9 holes x 2 did not use 9-18 due repair under bad weather lovely day sunny but very windy enj it par 3 6 th holes wow view drop down height
Stunning views
Lovely course, helpful staff in the Pro Shop with complementary course planner. Would play again
A golfing hack
We played the course on a lovely sunny day in april and it was fantastic. Full greens and tees were on which is always good and the course was in excellent condition. The pro shop and bar staff were extremely friendly and a great time was had by all.
A hidden gem!
Played this course a second time as the first was blighted by fog & 60yrd visibility, still awesome even under those conditions! Definitely one of the best along the Jurassic coastline, most other places too!
a hidden gem
played the course 30 years ago came back to play it again iam now over 50 years old wish I had come back sooner layout slightly changed with a new clubhouse had a nice sausage sandwich which set me up for my round and what an adventure the 6th hole par 3 is stunning and the 10th hole par 3 luckily for me there was little wind that day so really it was a perfect day went round in 84 off 18 handicap .Must of been the free course planner they give you which I found of great use will be back very soon.
Excellent!
Played in the depths of January and the course was in tip top condition. Very friendly welcome from the members and staff and a cracking pre round bacon & egg sandwich. Upon checking in was handed a free pitch mark repairer and course planner, which was a nice touch. Course is a fair challenge but not impossible to get pars and the odd birdie even for a 16 handicapper. Will definitely play here again.
Good Value
The course was in excellent condition for the time of year and well worth the £18 paid. A number of interesting holes.
