I introduced the course to three mates who had never played it. We had a great time. Beautiful parkland layout, interesting and challenging holes, and all quite green despite the drought. Greens were fantastic if somewhat slow, and only criticism was the tees which are a bit ‘unloved’. Who said Norfolk was flat?!! Good value and we’ll be back soon.

Played for first time, thoroughly enjoyed. My only problem was not getting lost as fairways cross each other and several tees are next to each other. As a player who lacks distance the dry conditions meant I got onto several par 5"s in 3.

Overall the course layout is interesting with some challenging holes and some not so challenging ones; so I would say a moderate course difficulty. It has been extremely dry recently but the greens are well watered and maintained; that said the tee boxes could do with a bit of TLC. Happily play again and in fact am looking forward to the next round there.

First time playing this course and found it a good test, fairways were very dry but that was expected, looking forward to coming back once it starts to green up, greens were good

Good course and no slow play at all only thing in this weather it’s unplayable you play a great shot on rolls on behind a tree or down a hill not there fault just the ground but always friendly and prob one of the best courses to play to be honest

Great value for money course and speed of play was excellent. Should lose a few stars for the river in the 17th which ruined my score but some would say I shouldn't have hit it in there

Great course with a lot of variation. Lots of different types of holes, greens slow but in excellent condition only negative was too many stones in the bunkers

Nicely undulating generally wide fairways. But also nasty streams to cross, narrow angular corners., greens at an angle. In short an amusing course and good sandwiches

Friendly course. No nonsense reception, friendly people. Greens excellent even while the fairway was quite dry. The result was sometimes a surprising jumpy bal. Nice course with unsuspected difficulties. Will be back. Good value for money and a good lunch

Was told by staff member that because we booked with golf now and got a cheap tee time we had to tee off with two other golfers which me and my playing partner where a bit annoyed about as it was stated on booking

Excellent conditions considering the dry weather. The Staff very helpful and friendly.

First time at this course with beautiful views and lush greens but the layout of the course meant that play was slow and on four or five holes you have to play across other holes wait for some greens (not the hoke we were playing) to be clear,tee box in direct line of players playing there shots on different hole and at one hole there was four different hole crossing over leading to potential problems and increasing the risk of being hit by miss hit shop

Always friendly and flexible. 38c but still very enjoyable course, greens well watered and consequently quite slow. but true.
