Canyon Springs Golf Club

The course was in great shape. The pace of play was great due to a little bit of rain. The rain stopped and the weather was excellent. Because it rained the waterfall on 18 was very nice.

really enjoyed the course, very scenic. Greens were in excellent shape.

I'd forgotten that I'd played this course with a group several years ago. It's a pretty good value and conditions are good to very good. I played it on a Sunday morning and the greens were slow and somewhat non-receptive (although in good condition). Had trouble getting the ball to the hole but I'd just been playing in the southeast on 11-12 stimp greens and that could have been a factor. It's a great facility with a friendly staff. And, once you get by the apartments on number 2, no houses really come in to play. Some nice terrain changes, but not severe. Shot just above my handicap (mainly due to putting, as above).

This course is awesome, it's in great condition considering the time of year. Greens are in good shape and roll true. Fairways are greenish, mostly yellow, but still feel like fairways; rather than hard packed dirt covered with patches of grass. The club house and other facilities are top notch, and offer no distraction to players on the course. I completely recommend this course; it offers multiple challenges for all types of players and is an absolute steal through GolfNow.com.

One of my favorite course in SA. A challenging course for all levels of play. Grounds are kept in great condition. Staff is always friendly. Give it a round.

Only got in 16 holes before dark in 4 1/2 hours (1:30 - 6:00). As we left the 16th hole, there were 4 foursomes ahead of us. Waited to tee off at every hole 5-8 minutes.

One of the most beautiful golf courses I've played on. Makes you feel like your out in the country. Its a challenging course but at the same time not to difficult either, makes you want to come back an play on it again, an when you get to the 18,s hole there is a most beautiful twin water fall that just takes your breath away, an the staff were very friendly. one of the most picturesque golf courses I've encountered.

Keep it in the fairway or else you'll be lost in knee-deep grass. The day I played, the greens bordered on being unfair for the majority of golfers due to combo of scalped closeness of cut and pin placement. This is a challenging enough course just getting to the green; they should make the greens less difficult if they want the average golfer to want to return.

This course has been greatly improved since the lat time I played it. Some tee box's have been moved but the best improvement is with the bunkers and sand traps. They have all been redone with a better sand that is really fun to play out of.

Course Marshall never did anything to speed up pace of play.
