Very poor service !!

Booked a tee time on line with Golf now for 10.20 am on Sunday 9th June. On arrival we checked in at reception to be told although we booked online this did not guarantee our slot. Booked many times with golf now and never had an issue with tee time. We waited for at least 30 min before we went off.

When booking it clearly said if course busy 2 balls maybe paired up to a four ball. Not a problem with this at all but it never happened. We watched 3, 2 balls tee off followed by a four ball then another 2 ball, then us.

Really badly organised and cramming as many players in as possible which reasulted in extremely slow play, to the point we took just over 1hr 45 min to play 5 holes!!! We walked off after 5th hole explained situation to reception and was told unfortunately not much can be done about it. We asked for a credit due to the course play being so slow and was refused. So we lost our money £75.00!!

Surely if Godstone golf course can not handle or organise their days golf schedules prehaps they should not advertise on golf now.

Absolutely shocking customer service care and a complete rip off!!!
