Allowed a five ball in front, slow play after that and ruined round. Course was good considering weather

Love this course, good layout great clubhouse food and drink good tees and great helpful staff

I had been really looking forward to our round having read some of the reviews and I was not disappointed, it’s a lovely course with tree lined fairways and beautiful holes. We got a fantastic deal through golf now and although it was a bit further than we would normally go it was so well worth the drive and we will go back!!

Obviously we have had such a dry summer and the course is a bit dry but it did not detract from the course.

If you play here midweek it’s worth a visit but have heard it gets really busy at weekends.

Overall we loved the course!

Lots of bounces into the trees.

Fairways have occasional bald areas so winter rules would have been fairer.

Just two golfers behind us.. no-one within 4vjoles in front.

Will play somewhere again next time england playing if k.o.time is suitable.

Played on the hottest day of the year, but still enjoyed the round,Greens were in fantastic condition after all the hot weather we've had. Staff waited until we Finnish our round so we could have a drink. Will definitely go back when the weather not so hot

Club house and outside terrace are very good

Long well looked fairways, greens and tee box’s very good

I would say the lack of green protection by bunkers seems odd and the one there asr no threat

So other than bunkers it’s a great course great views

Nice course layout with a lot of choices to hit safe shots off the tee or take riskier lines with driver. Wide fairways with good grass coverage. Greens were fairly slow but ran true. Would definitely play again

Pace of play was good for a weekday round, fairways and greens look fantastic, greens were spongy, so plays a bit slow. Overall, I will always recommend Park Wood

Lovely parkland course, but greens, although recently dressed were quite lumpy

Pace of play is abysmal. Booked a 3 ball on a Saturday morning and teed off half an hour late. There was about 20 people waiting on the first tee whilst the 11th was empty too. Whilst we was checking in, they were still allowing a 2 ball to add a third person on and fitting in someone who was 40 minutes late though! Round was close to 5 hours. 7 minutes between tee times for 4 balls isn’t enough. Pure greed which is a shame as the course is nice

It is a interesting set up at Parkwood the greens are the real downfall of this course it was early in season but they need to get this course up to stratch the greens need to be worked on to get to a better level of consistency
