Grimsby Golf Club

Have played Grimsby Golf course quite a few times now and it never disappoints friendly and helpful staff, pleasant members and the course is always a challenge and enjoyable to play a bit wet and muddy this time of year but enjoyable all the same ,would highly recommend

After some terrible weather in the week running up to playing the course i was expecting the course to be closed however it was fully open and in exceptional condition for the time of year i was very impressed to the point i am considering moving to here next year.

Always enjoy a round of golf here. Immaculate course with a mixture of short and long holes, offering a tricky challenge. Friendly staff always helpful

Absolute cracking course I’ve played all the the country and this is up there with the best of them. Cheers will be going back

I was joined by another golfer who had booked through golf now ,throughly enjoyed the round played at nice pace the course was in excellent condition and the greens were perfect although a bit quick after the round i poped in the club house where i was made very welcome and enjoyed a couple of pints and at £15 a round cant wait to play again

Very friendly welcome from the assistant pro was an excellent start to a good round of golf. The fairways and greens were in super condition, most of the greens being very challenging and undulating. Bunkers were a little disappointing though with the majority being fairly hard packed sand.

Made use of the club house afterwards with plenty of inside and outside seating.

Absolutely outstanding condition, greens consistent and true, superb value for money. Recommend to anyone.

Great course and as you walk around it is hard to believe that you are in the middle of grimsby town.

Booked early tee time and pro shop not open wanted a buggy and green staff drove one out to us on 4th green very helpful when got back to pro shop was also told buggy was free excellent service nice people and course was excellent to play variety of holes in great condition

Last minute choice to play Grimsby and not at all disappointed. Very friendly welcome in the pro shop and in the bar afterwards and even the greenkeepers we encountered on the course were very friendly so ten out of ten for staff friendliness. The course was in great condition, tees were well maintained, the rough not too punishing and the greens were very quick. As there hasn't been much rain in the last couple of weeks, the greens were hard so not very receptive (and I am not good enough to get a lot of spin on the ball) so maybe they could have been watered more but that really is being picky. Overall, a great club and highly recommended.

Course in superb condition. Very friendly and helpful staff. Assistant Pro Josh and bar staff were excellent.

Fantastic Sunday afternoon golf. Cannot wait to return.
