Hazlemere Golf Club

Really love playing here. Only minor problem was large group cutting in front starting on the 10th.

Some people don't like this course because some shots are blind - over brows of hills. Also on some holes it's difficult to hold the ball on sharply sloping fairways. But we think there is lots of variety and interesting holes. Nearly always excellent condition and greens always fast and true. Overall very good value for money.

Absolutely shocked. Before we tee’d off we left our clubs on the patio area by the spa and got a pint. During that time our clubs were stolen X2 sets. No golf managed to be played just so happens the patio area camera doesn’t work and there are other black spots on cctv around the club and to top it all off it seems the club doesn’t cover theft! Not a good day of golf at all.

Unfortunately they had just sanded th greens really heavily and not run over them spreading sand

Was impossible to putt or hold the ball on greens as it just skidded off

Should have mentioned on there website and I wouldn’t have booked

When told the club got no real response

Course is now in very good condition, greens are very fast but true, pin positions could be more forgiving but seems pins are placed to save greens for comps. Not too many players , everyone you meet is friendly and hhe club house is very nice too

Great course, variety of holes throughout, conditions of fairways and greens was brilliant.

Can't really knock the course at all

A tree lined, hilly and undulating course with blind shots, dog legs, and forgiving hazards. Played it for the first time and loved it, enjoyed the challenge of figuring out where the flags were and the different club choices needed as a result of slopes and green designs. I've never needed to hit my driver up hills like these before...haha, that was fun, needed to tee-up differently. Even though it was raining the fairways and the greens were firm, must have excellent drainage, looking forward to playing here again soon.

Great course that is well maintained. Green is in good condition. One challenge that we face was to walk the course as there are some steep slopes on some holes.

Decided to have temp greens. But didn’t think to let us know in advance. Waste of money. If your going to use temp greens you have to atleast let us know so we can cancel!

I love this course, really interesting holes all different and great use of the topography which is very up and down through a valley. My main moan on this day was that I don't think the course should have been open. All greens and fairways were frozen. This effected bounce, predictability and ball striking. Still, enjoyed the walk!!

Course plays very well in winter - fairways weren’t boggy and greens were very impressive for this time of year. Well laid out course with lots of hills and undulating greens. Very enjoyable

Overall the course is in good condition although the greens still haven’t recovered from being hollow tined which makes putting tricky. Having lost many balls in the leaves over the years it was really great to see the greens staff out on the course using new leaf blowing equipment - big improvement. It is clear that investment is going into improving the course. An enjoyable round.
