Beautifully maintained & challenging course. Concerned that autumn leaves would give problem but ground staff did fantastic job in clearing. My favourite local course. Every hole is unique.

The staff are extra, extra friendly and so helpful.

The course tees and greens were excellent.

Despite the complete lack of rain over the whole summer, the fairways are so green.

Well done to the ground staff and well done to whoever employed the friendly clubhouse staff.

Enjoyed it here, it’s not long but a good test of your game and more tactical than some other courses, can’t just grab the driver, which is good for me as I’m hitting mine horribly atm

A lovely course in a great setting. The last 3 sweeping doglegs are a real pleasure to play.

In a good condition considering the weather. Greens absolutely superb. Slightly let down by slow play

The greens on this course are truly amazing, however the course is too short for hot weather golf , if you play here the take everything above a 5 iron out of your bag and you will have a good game.

The course is in excellent condition but unfortunately yet again on a weekend the pace of play lets it down massively

This is the 3rd Saturday we have played here and been over 5 hour rounds

The owners are greedy and putting too many tee times out and not maintaining the pace

Just ramming customers in as much as possible and unfortunately myself and many others will not be returning on a weekend in the future

Such a shame for a lovely club

Course in fantastic condition, paired with another group from golfnow, starter present to manage that effectively and ensure pace of play. It is a little bit short with a few too many par 3s and won’t do your handicap much good with a crazy low rating but enjoyable nevertheless.

In previous Winters for a long while this course has been a quagmire and one to avoid. However, this Winter i have noticed, although there are still a few issues ,things are much improved. Fairways and ground conditions generally are much better. There seems to be a program of not just maintenance but general improvement of the course as well. For instance, there has been a lot of tree work going on ,thinning out etc. and this has smartened up the course and enhanced it visually as well as being beneficial to the existing trees.

The greens on the visit were very good again ,the best we play on our rota ,as they seem to be all year round.

The only thing that lets the course down still after all these years are about half a dozen uneven tee boxes.
