Laceby Manor Golf Club

Played Laceby today for the first time. Course was immaculate, greens especially as true a roll as I’ve experienced, and of all the courses I’ve played this year probably only pipped by Gleneagles in terms of green quality.

Could have went round this course without a driver. Not overly long, tight narrow holes on front 9, opens up a little on back 9, but definitely a course to plot your way around, which made for an enjoyable round of golf. Played as a two ball and didn’t take much more than 3 hours. Didn’t get chance to experience any of the other facilities as was only there for golf but every part of the facility looked immaculate and would definitely recommend/ visit again

The 18th is a good last hole especially when your staying in the lodge watching .

A superb venue, very tidy, well maintained. The course was first class, the greens were the best I’ve played on and hitting balls into the trees did not present problems, you could find your ball easily and knock it out sideways.

Wow what a lovely day and course we had to wait for guy to come book us in but another guy was friendly and welcoming to us all the course was amazing for the time of year greens brilliant and fairways were good you really need your golfing skills round here lovely scenery to boot 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟from the Doncaster lads we will be back thanks laceby 👍👍

What a lovely, great course with loads of character!! A little confusing on arrival of where to go and sign in etc. The Pro Shop was closed on the particular day we went. The course was honestly fantastic! We(4 ball) all felt like we had robbed Laceby, only paying £11 each for a 10:50 tee time. The members were nice and friendly when we let them play through, as they were a 2 ball. Course condition was very very good, the only downside were most of the bunkers we played out of were firm, but that didn’t stop us loving Laceby. The course layout is what steals the show with its little bridges and many waterways. Going to book a society day here next year. Big thumbs up.

The scenic landscape was lovely, the fairways very good and the greens were the best I've played on this season,even the bunkers were full of sand , some courses seem to forget the bunkers. All round a very nice course.

The course and landscaping is very well maintained and laid out. It is quite a flat course due to where it is however there are a lot of water features that were at times quite tricky. A very interesting course and we would definitely play there again.

Excellent course in beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately spoilt by a slow group in front which didn’t keep up with the group in front or let players through. This led to players either leaving the course or skipping holes to get in front. Hopefully this was a one off and not a reflection of regular users of the course . Could fault anything else during my visit

Seems to be concentrating heavily on the spa side of things and disappointed when having a drink afterwards that none of it looked over the golf course
