Decent course and a good test of golf for all abilities. Good feel around the club with staff and members very accommodating and helpful.

Good course, some long par 4's but steady play should keep you out of any trouble.

Very well drained course with great views especially at the 14 hole.

Great for summer and winter golf.

We booked on line and pleasantly surprised to receive a text on the morning of play from James in the pro shop explaining that we could carry front 9 and replies for back 9. James was so accommodating as he came to find us to let us know we could go out earlier than our tee time booked

The staff were all very friendly and nice clubhouse.

Our home course had been shut due to all the heavy rain and we’d been playing from mats for weeks so very nice to play at Lansdown from the grass. It’s very high up so good drainage and the grass was good with all the greens in play.

It was very windy but the trees along the fairway seemed to protect the ball from being taken.

A nice flat course and I would really recommend for winter golf

Staff were super friendly and did all they could to help & welcome my sister and I.

Pace of play was great, after having a downpour in the morning, not too many people were out. We teed off at 1.08 and we’re back in by 4.10, beating the light. After having a week of bad weather, the course played impeccably! Challenging course when the wind gets up as it was on that day & I would recommend to all types of golfers!

Course was in good condition and was enjoyable to play. Some really nice views. Narrow-ish and tree lined to add an element of difficulty but not overly challenging as the course isn’t the longest so often went with a longer iron off the tee.

We played the course twice on our 5 day holiday…excellent both times. Challenging course with some great hole layouts. Would highly recommend this course and worth every penny. Staff v friendly throughout and really good clubhouse.

Enjoyed the round, despite the wind. Tee boxes need a tlc, greens were nice. A flat course so easy to get around.

Very good value for money and an excellent course, will definitely be playing there again soon.

Great course , I admittedly didn't have one of my better days but didn't let that put me off.

Played today in beautiful weather, the course was in fantastic condition, greens were superb although very firm with the sunny weather from the last week. The course is kept so well, surroundings looking beautiful and green. Location is superb, the views on 14th are the best of any golf hole I’ve played. Terrific value at £30 on a weekend with a GN hot deal. Will definitely be back to play again.

Although windy the sun came out and the golf course is on a lovely plateau with well managed bunkers protecting most holes. The greens were good and true and there were fantastic views of scenic countryside from many of the tees.

The club is most welcoming to visitors with good facilities.

Having recently left Stockwood Vale Golf Club I was looking for a nearby course for a game. The GolfNow rate was great so I booked a round with my son-in-law. The weather was perfect considering the recent rain and snow. The course is quite narrow with tees near to greens in some cases. The damp ground conditions meant there were a number of temporary tees and a number of temporary greens, which spoiled things a little. The fairway grass seemed long but that was probably due to the ground being so wet.

The views from the course are fantastic.

Both of us thought it would be great to return for a round in the summer.
