Played this course with 2 friends, really enjoyed the flow of the course, some of the tee box’s are a bit of a walk but otherwise course in great condition well kept

Great course for the straight drivers!

Plot your way around and you'll enjoy a very pleasant course.

Staff always friendly.

It was extremely slow, so much we walked off after 9 holes. We waited 10 mins per shot after the first hole. We were a 3 ball and we had a 1 ball in front of us.

The greens were not in good condition compared to when we played it last.

Very nice course for the money, tight in places, a numb er of par 4's required a 3 wood off the tee rather than a driver. great condition, fairways well maintained, greens where nice. well worth a visit and the money. Staff very friendly

Only criticism was bunkers, were ropey and sign post to 18th hole was non existent, meaning we walked the wrong way for a considerable period of time.

Very attractive course overall, greens weren't great but nice layout and close to the race circuit.

Very pretty course, tight fairways in places. Greens in need of grass growth and more water! Quite strenuous walking! Would take a buggy next time.

The course its self is laid out quite well its a shame its let down by lake of care an maintenance.

The bar was closed when we finished at 4:30!! You can use the hotel main bar but not signed and lack of staff meant a wait.

Stil suffering from winter, some patchy fairways and lots of the trees have been removed since my last visit. Tee boxes in poor condition on some holes.

It’s a great layout though so I’d suggest wait until we’ve had a dry run.

It's well worth coming best to come in the week not to busy. both fairways and greens are in good condition

It was relatively empty today so pace of play was great … but muddy in parts x

The course was waterlogged and probably should have been closed. But I can tell that is lovely and woukd be brilliant when drier. Will definitely revisit in the spring

Course in good condition despite the amount of rain we’ve had. Was boggy underfoot but that is no fault of the course

Looking forward to returning in spring

Its a great course, worth the 50 minute drive, played here for the last 2 weekends in a row and whilst there was horrendous rain one weekend the course drained well then it rained for a week and the course was boggy but definitely not the courses fault. Absolutely love the course.

The course condition in Winter is bad.

The green is condition is also not good.

The course layout is challenging and I think it worths playing in summer.

It’s muddy even for the non rainy week in Winter.

Staff in pro shop is unfriendly.

Overall experience is not too good.
