Fantastic course in tip top condition. Friendly staff

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

I've played this a few times over the years and was pleasantly surprised that it is still as I remembered. The course was in good condition with the greens very receptive . Due to the recent good weather the fairways where hard so choosing the right club was paramount to be in a good position . It's not a long course but very testing. Will be coming back for sure. The staff at the course we're friendly and a credit to the club.

Very friendly on welcome, and through out our stay

Played Louth not for the 1st time, Lewis always welcoming in the pro shop, Tee boxes in great shape, fairways ideal and the greens played very quick, I always find Louth a difficulty round with how often the ball is above or below my feet but that adds to the challenge of playing. Great value for money and would definitely recommend to others.

Staff in the 19th are also very friendly and the food is nice too.

Fantastic course really enjoyed playing it, shame about my golf though.

Course is varied , condition is good , even after quite a bit of rain .

All staff very welcoming , home made cake lovely.

We both enjoyed our round of golf at Louth … For the time of year and the weather we have had the course and the greens where very good 5*

Only reason for marking down on course conditions is when We visited it was -3 so bounce was very unpredictable but another round will be booked in warmer weather absolutely fantastic place to visit!

Even though it is winter we would expect less mud and leaves on the green. Pace of play was slow we were a 3 ball but waited upto 20 mins on 4 holes for a 4 ball in front. Overall had a good time just more effort I to greens and fairways

A good course set in rolling hills. Went around with a friend I carried my bag and I felt it at the end after traipsing up and down the hills. Balls above your feet and below your feet are a regular feature as well as sloping fairways

A thinking persons course where plotting your way around is a must. There is a necessity to drive straight.

What an excellent course, challenging, but very nice. The Pro in the shop George was friendly and very helpful, as were the members we spoke to. Would definitely come back, and would definitely recommend a visit.

Excellent experience from arriving to leaving. All staff really friendly and helpful. Course is amazing value, and really enjoyed playing this course. Very challenging. Club house and pro shop first class. Food really good. Would highly recommend.
