Low Laithes Golf Club

The course is better than it was 10 years ago with improvements to greens and tees. Money is being spent on drainage and paths etc which was needed. I would expect the course condition to be better for the time of year however it is and will get there. Some of the bunkers had no sand in them which was disappointing. I will definitely come back later on the year to see how much better it is.

Hilly course with lighting greens. Lots of dog legs with overhanging trees that make it difficult for the long driver.

May have to wait for others to tee off from other tees.

Pace of play poor but was we were clearly made aware that we were behind a massive group of 8 four balls so nothing could be done. More Hilly than I thought it would be but bonus was gives some fantastic views. Greens were lightening and challenging. Purchased as a hot deal so price decent. Wouldn’t be in a rush to play again at full

Some good holes, course in good condition considering the overnight rain. What let's the club down it's the attitude towards you when playing, clearly don't want your business on golf now. The pro was very rude when we arrived, and the members were saw on the course were equally as rude There is a lot of crossing over on some holes and tees, waiting for people to go first, not one of the members said thanks when we left them through. Shame really spoiled the round, would not recommend, play somewhere else.

Course in fantastic condition, greens best I’ve played on this season. Would highly recommend a visit.

Really great find. Me and my mate from university came over and played. Very interesting course with some really nice interesting holes. Greens were in immaculate condition staff were very welcoming

Pace was a bit slow but on a busy and sunny bank holiday to be expected. Course was in good condition although greens were firmer than expected, most likely due to the drier weather in the week before. The course is well laid out, challenging yet fair for decent golf shots. Great day, thank you.

Due to the amount I'd rain we have had course was very wet and in my opinion should have been closed

First time playing the course and will be back again. Course is a good challenge but very playable. Greens were in great condition too.

Some nice holes, trees and slopes make the course a true test.

Unfortunately the play ahead was very slow and groups didn't seem to understand pace of play or the impact of slow play on groups behind.

The greens have become diseased and were very patchy and the roll was as poor as I have encountered.

Significant areas of the course under repair and flooding in patches.

Course layout is a bit criss-cross in places.

I doubt I will play the course again.

Lovely peaple. Very testing course, the last two par fives especially after a gruelling round. The greens were appalling taking into account that the course has been closed for such a long period. This really detracted from the round.
