Howley Hall 30th September

Found the course in really good condition on all aspects , tees , fairways and greens. This is definitely head and shoulders above other local courses , one of which we played the following day and showed signs of a high traffic summer. Well done to the green keeping staff at HHGC. Very good array of holes to keep you interested all the way round and finishing on the signature par 3 is a joy. As a visitor you might think that this course appears a little bit dearer than some others in the area , but as in life you get what you pay for. Excellent value for money , especially this bit later in the season.

One of the best courses in the Leeds area

I recently booked a last-minute midweek tee time at Howley Hall through Golf Now, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The course is easily one of the best in the area. It offers a good challenge, and even though we played in late November, the course was in great shape. The rainwater drained well, and the conditions were fantastic. I’ll definitely be back to play again!

Howley Hall

The club staff were all really friendly and welcoming.

The course was in great condition, especially given the heavy overnight rain.

Excellent greens and a fair challenge for average length golfers - find the fairways and you can score well.

We’ll definitely go back regularly.

Exceptional Condition

This course has always been well kept, and is a fun challenging course with a great layout.

We booked a round last week (mid October) and the condition of the course was immaculate for the time of year. The ground staff are clearly doing a great job!

Thoroughly enjoyed our round even though i played some of the worst Golf i've played for years haha, but the one thing i couldn't blame were the conditions as they were excellent.

Was also fairly priced being only £20 each midweek.

Highly recommend, whether it be peak season or early winter 👍

A true test of golf. Not long but every hole offers a challenge. Very impressive condition for this time of year. Will be back, hopefully in better weather.

super golf course

when our party of 4 arrived we could not believe how pristine the course looked . some of the holes you had to plan with all the twists and turns one small fault perhaps need more sand in bunkers but that did not spoil the day at all.the members were so nice to us as were staff so thank you .

5 BALLS ON THE COURSE!

Slowest round of golf I have ever played. The club allowed a 5 ball to go out before us. Members behind us getting frustrated and shouting at us to hurry up but nothing we could do about it. Really rude and aggressive members not allowing us to play through even though we were waiting 15 mins on every tee box. Everyone knows 5 balls are not allowed. None of them cared though. Will definitely never play this course again.

A very nice course, stunning in summer and looking like getting back to good condition after a heavy rainy few months.

The greens are class and tricky some tight fairways where big hitting isn't the key but good placement. Definitely worth playing just to play the greens.
