Course ok
Course was ok and drying out well. Few niggling things like bunkers very compacted sand, no water in ball cleaning containers no nearly ever tee, dosent take much effort to fill them in the morning. Seem likes people tee off at the start when they fill like it. All these things easily soughted at no cost, jlets hope they do.
Long course with wide fairways
Ideal course to get plenty of practice with the driver and mid iron approach shots. Some tricky par 3s thrown in too. Was in decent condition considering rain recently. Only snag no marker to the 4th tee can be very confusing coming off the 3rd green. 2nd tees were moved forward but looked like they were the red tees. In fact reds were 50 yards behind them. Markers weren't clear it was yellow tees.
course in great condition and so very tricky holes will definitely go back and play again soon
Super Course
It's hard to believe that this course is Council owned. It's in excellent condition at the moment. Greens are very good.
Very hilly so you need to be fit. First 9 is long. Second nine really needs to be thought about.
Excellent value.
Between storms
What a job to play this course after not having visited for years! I had forgotten this gem bidding behind the country lanes. Greens were excellent and the general maintenance was superb. A brilliant course for all handicaps alike, try early weekdays when there is no need to book.
