Must be better in the summer!
Course in v poor condition - grass v patchy and holes lacked any real definition.
It's billed as an inland links but it's difficult to see how.
We had 18 temporary greens which is fine if you let people know in advance via a newsflash on the home page of the website. It's not the sort of thing you want to hear when you walk through the door of the pro shop.
Paid MORE through Teeofftimes than I would have done if I'd turned up and played on the day.
I think this is more accurately billed as the parkland surrounding a stately home with a few specimen trees which someone has laid 18 holes over.
£7.90 for a latte and an Americano was the icing on the cake.

Really good course, with amazing views at sunset
Challenging course, where it is not easy to have many birdies. Some tricky holes with water also make risky shots unrewarding. Course management is key to reduce mistakes and enhance your score. I played just above my handicap scoring a lot of pars in the back 9 when I had my course management sorted. I will go back soon.
