Keeping to the fairways is essential as the rough is vertualy non playable Constant challenge for one who has a good fade

A course for plenty to think about especially for 19 Handycaper

As always, Norwood didn’t disappoint. The course is in great condition and I’ll be visiting again soon!

For a beginner it’s very forgiving and open.

wasn't impressed
glad I didn't pay the normal green fee s as it wasn't as good as some cheaper courses I've played this year the greens aren't very well looked after by other players pitch marks not repaired
Good practice facilites
Not a bad course! fairway we're nice but the greens were Rock solid impossible to hold a ball on them! A decent test of your golfing skills an some very picturesque holes on the back 9! Not a course that suited my game but for £20 couldn't complain that much

Great course!
Front nine is the best and a good view from the back 9. Always enjoy playing here, the greens are fast for this time of year and only get better. Some challenging holes with a few really easy holes makes it an enjoyable for the high handicapper but challenging enough for the low. My favourite course around this area for sure!!
Norwood on a very windy day
Been wanting to try this course for a while, once you have got past the fairly ordinary first three holes the course improves a great deal, it ofers a good variety of holes with directional changes, doglegs, water and trees all offering different challenges, while the fairways were far from perfect they were pretty good for March and the greens are actually the best I have played in a while, really good.
The pro shop was also the best I have visited in a long time, would compare with the offerings of an american golf, a great range. we even visited the small clubhouse which had a simple but good menu, recommend the fruit cake.
Greens in good order
Surprised at pace of greens in late Winter. Always enjoy the holes with mature trees and water features.
