Old Fold Manor Golf Club

Fairways in really good condition given the recent wet weather, helped by the 90 degree rule for those with trolleys. Greens were immaculate, quick and challenging. Will make a habit of playing there regularly.

After a heavy week of rain it was of course muddy in places but the greens held up and were a good speed. Look forward to playing it in the summer.

Turned up day after a huge downpour, course had been closed bur by 11 staff had done a great job clearing excess water from greens.
Greeted at Pro shop by v. Friendly golf pro, not always the case. Great course, some interesting dog legs and as a 4 ball got round in 4 hours without any hold ups will definitely play again!

Played yesterday not my best round by far but was a nice course. Played here before and found it not as good as in the past having said that the greens were in excellent condition which could not be said for the fairways and other areas which were patchy, clumped and sometimes bald, devoid of grass
I would play here again although the price was not value for money

We played here as a four ball on the Monday following the very wet weather over the weekend when I think the course had been closed. We were all very surprised as how well it played with the greens in very good condition considering the amount of rain they had . The tee boxes were all tidy and well maintained. Fairways were a little patchy but they were being worked on as we played and we were playing pick and place anyway.
Our four have played here many times , but not for some years and we were all pleasantly surprised at the changes they had made . The practise facilities - chipping area and new golf range to look particularly good.

Lovely overall course but the standout were the greens, beautiful condition but exceptionally tough. Marks sure you're under the hike!

A nice, not too hilly course. Holes are pretty straight forward, greens have decent pace and a little challenge. Just a good all rounder.

It’s been a while since I have played this course and remember how great the greens and tees were. Thankfully that hasn’t changed, they remain in excellent condition but the poor fairways are struggling. I have friends who are members there so had been pre warned. The Club is more than aware of the issue and hopefully the fairways will look as lush as they used to once again.

This course has so much potential. It has a nice layout, quite a few unique holes, a secluded back 9 and decent greens. However, the fairways are in terrible condition, to the extent that I would say they are the worst that I have seen in London. At full price it's not that you still wouldn't have a decent time playing here, but rather why you wouldn't go to courses nearby that are not only cheaper, but also much nicer?

Lovely walk, excellent greens, very scenic, fairways need some work.

Played for the first under extreme hot conditions. Fairways are suffering with the drought so no surprise of how dry they are.
Greens are very fast! Still in top condition. Slow play due to been a busy day and was playing on my own. Overall a really nice course which require a lot of course management. Definitely recommended! Once the rain help the fairways again it’s going to be an excellent course.

Played here before and loved it, Fairways OK, bit scorched but Greens were amazing. Lovely little course, friendly members. Definitely going back !

I was a member at Old Fold Manor years ago before moving out of the area and it's clear that they have spent a lot of money enhancing the excellent course layout with some much needed facilities. There is now a covered driving range, which was always lacking and the halfway house is a great addition. Updated signage makes the place look smart and fresh. The course itself was hard and dry (unsurprising) but the greens were still receptive, fast but true. We flew round in a little over 3.5h despite an obviously busy tee sheet, which was a real bonus. Loved it. Will be back again
