I have played golf at old fold beefore many times .

The course is always so enjoyable and will test eeverything about your game.

Enjoyable course layout and variety of holes.. Greens require excellent standard of putting to score well. Dropped a lot of shots due to seriously undulating greens.

A great course starting nicely then getting tough on the back nine.

Still great for all abilities some of the holes get very windy.

A excellent winter course played between Nov - Mar no problems rarely temp greens

Decent track and a good test, proper undulating greens. Its a shame the course was wet owing to the rain we've had , I wasn't able to play my best stuff, the course got the better of me but ill be back. Staff were very friendly in the pro shop including the bar staff, there is a proper club feel about the place. I would definitely recommend 👌

Played this a few times and it's always an enjoyable experience and a good challenge.

Good feeling about this course. Easy to talk to people

Joined two other players and we had a great time together. As a group we were low, medium and high handicap but we were all able to enjoy the day. The course isn’t overly long and there aren’t too many water features. Between us we lost two balls into water. Each hole makes you think. Greens are tricky but fair. It would’ve been really useful to have a contour map of each green on the scorecard. Many greens have considerable slopes that are punishing to the unaware! Lovely area outside the clubhouse for a cold shandy afterwards. Will definitely play here again.

Perfect in every way . Had a really enjoyable round with my wife at a really steady pace throughout. Beautiful course in excellent conditions with great variance between holes. All in all it was great value and a thoroughly pleasant experience

Nice layout of the course. Could do with a bit of better maintenance for this time of the year and the reputation it has. But was a nice round at a very decent pace.

I’ve played here before and like the course and for £25 twilight was great value.

There is course maintenance currently so loads of sand on the greens, and work on some fairways, which is great that they are looking after the course but less good to play on.

Still great value for £25

Always pleasant playing this course, even though it can be busy some days. Challenging but rewarding. An enjoyable round, although afterwards in the bar the drinks prices seemed somewhat higher than we would have expected.
