Sandhill Golf Club

Nice course first time played, course all in good condition, all good no complaints🏌‍♂️👍 would go back but was told I need insurance for my golf ride scooter because it is motorised & so is a electric golf trolley🤔

Good course but shame about the slow play on some 4 balls

Played Sandhills quite a few times and always enjoy the round course was in good condition it’s a good test of golf and friendly staff as well 👍🏻⛳️🏌️‍♂️

Played 21st September, 4 of us, two on a buggy and 2 walking , the course was in great condition lush and green. The putting greens were also in great. Pace of play was good, while there were plenty of players on the course, we all managed to keep up with the ones in front with only slight delays. Bar has a selection of beers a little higher priced than your usual pub prices but ok. We’ve played here before and there is no food on offer later on which is a pity as there were plenty of players. Snack type food I’m sure would sell with a small cost risk, pies, sausage rolls, sandwiches, toast, tea cakes toasted, chips, this type of snack.

Overall the round was a great hit with all 4 of us and all said they liked Sandhill and we will play here again.

If you play Golf to enjoy yourself, this is the course for you. It’s interesting and in excellent condition. It’s not a course with massive punishing long grasslands or forest. It’s a course you can enjoy and focus on the GOLF..

The clubhouse is excellent. Staff are very friendly and I would recommend this course to anyone especially mid handicap players.

What a fantastic golf course one of the best we have played in two years could not fall anything about the course

Club house beautiful very friendly staff and the members also made you welcome you will be seeing us again many thanks John kerr

Always enjoy playing here, offers a fair test with a decent variety of holes, always in great condition although play was a bit slow today for me. Will look forward to returning very soon!!

I do enjoy playing here as always gives you a chance. Some great holes and presents enough of a challenge for all levels. Yes the weather has been extreme and most courses are suffering and here is no exception. Felt the greens were a worm paradise and fairways patchy. Also not a fan of robo mowers, unsure if greenkeepers get out each day to review course conditions.

It is always a pleasure to play this challenging course with some really fabulous par four holes! If you are looking to play a course that will test your game? Book Sandhill.

The course is in pretty good condition for the lack of rain .

First time playing Sunday morning, really enjoyed it the greens were in fantastic condition and run true. The only one very minor was a couple of holes could do with directions to the next , but apart from that excellent. 👍

Thoroughly enjoyed the round with my son,as everywhere the fairways are dry and rock solid but the greens were excellent and very testing, recommend this to all,

Great day at Sandhill course fairways are all very dry due to the hot sunny weather but it was ok lots of run on the ball ground was hard as expected, greens are in lovely condition.

Great course

Greens are brilliant and everyone is friendly

Defo go snd play this course
