Sapey Review
I appreciate it was the last day before lockdown and hence very busy , however the round was very slow and no golf eticate in letting our 2 ball through on every hole ...most frustrating .Also the course was very muddy!!
Enjoyable day
A very enjoyable day. Challenging course with difficult wet and windy conditions. The staff on the phone, and in person, were excellent. Tom in the pro shop was so helpful and friendly. The lady barperson was chatty and friendly and knew a lot about the club. An excellent experience allround and very good value for money. We look forward to playing it again in the summer !!
Great deal
Fantastic hot deal-only £10. I've played here many times and never seen it so busy. The pace of play was good considering how many golfers were on the course. Very cold but enjoyable day. Lovely course in a stunning location.

Always have liked the course
Course and other golfers were great. Because it was very busy pace of round very slow for first nine. Sapey has I think one of the best 19 th ie u can drink outside on a balcony overlooking 18th green

Course was in good condition, managed to get on the course very quickly, only negative the course was busy , managed to play through some Fourball players .
Sapey Golf
Haven’t played at Sapey for around 5 years and pleasantly surprised at how well laid out it is plus the presentation of the course which was in great shape. I’d have come back sooner if I’d remembered. The only negative was the pace of play owing to being behind an elderly couple with limited skill and two ladies four balls. 4 and a half hours is way too long for me and the constant waiting took its toll on our enjoyment. Everyone has the right to enjoy their game I know but calling people through costs nothing and would have made our day better. Good course though, interesting lay out in good condition and well worth a visit if you’re in the area.
ON AND OFF RAIN RUINED PLAY ,BUT CARNT FAULT COARSE OR STAFF ,LET US HAVE BUGGY HALF PRICE ,WHICH KEPT US DRYER
