Short course - Great for practice
This is a short course, but was great for 1st round back after an enforced layoff due to lockdown. Not too many paces where balls can be lost, so useful for a practice round at a good price. ground was in pretty good condition too, especially considering wet weather we've had recently. Greens could do with a roll/cut though. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Good value
Course is in very good condition. Only gripe was the grounds men on very loud mowers don’t stop or move out of the way as you’re playing your shot. Very distracting

Great course for Value
The course is in fantastic condition and for the money you get a good test of golf and some interesting holes. some holes are easy but some are not so good overall test .
So slow and congested I walked off
Having played once before I was excited to be playing this course again. The course is nice and challenging in places, but today unfortunately was far too slow. The course was extremely congested and busy with some holes having three active groups of players on a hole at one time. Had it not been for the congestion and slow play I would be extremely positive. The slow play andL the rainy storms
Led to me to call it a day after 10.
Nice tidy golf course
The first few holes are easy then it gets a bit tougher, overall a well kept course with some good features.
Backlog on first few tees.
Starting any course with a par3 leads to a log jam which takes a while to clear. Greens were good and true but very very slow. They need a good few cuts and rolling. The 18th green had got beaten up by some sort of animal or bird but can't blame the green staff for that. It has some decent holes , a few short par4's ..
Great little course - pity about the mess up with tee times
Met some great people who play regularly here ... the issue was there was a some mess up with a block booking from a golf holiday site .. we had to wait ages at every tee box ... course in great condition though ... nice and short on the front 9 .. back 9 a decent test of golf ... no water ... green on the slow side ...
Scabby course
Green keepers must be on strike. Tee boxes were the worst I've played off of, grass non existent. Greens were scabby and slow. Ive played this course many times, and have enjoyed it previously, but don't think i'll be returning until I hear of improvements being made.
