We had a great morning weather was good and the course was in great nick.I would recommend it to anyone.

Greens immaculate. Fairways, tees and bunkers could do with a little work.layout out good but if you have never played before can be a little confusing finding correct tee boxes. Locals friendly though 4 ball refused to let me through and held me up considerably. Fact it’s a 2 x 9 holes make play a bit slow. Overall though would play again

We arrived at the course the staff and members was very friendly and helpful

The pro told us where the first tee was and also how to get to the second which if he hadn’t of said we wouldn’t of found.

The course was in great condition and greens very fast

The pace of play was very good only hold up-was looking where to go for the next tee .

We spoke to the green keeper at the half way stage he said new signs and routes to the next Tees had been ordered as they knew this was a problem

We will play the course again as it is a bargain for the price and quality

Did not expect such a nice 9 hole course for the £12 green fee we paid. The greens were excellent especially for the time of year. The whole course was very tidy and excellent in layout. It offered a great challenge to myself as an intermediate level player but was also great fun for my playing partner who is a relative novice. Very good will visit again.

Lovely course loop of 9 holes.Well kept greens very fast .club house very friendly. Barging at 12pound of golf now hot deals.

Played here when most of the other courses were closed due to snow. Was wet in places but to be expected for march! Greens were just sublime. Rolled fast and true and course had an interesting layout. Will be my go to course when my home course is closed.

We played after a period of rain and the course was heavy in parts. The greens though were pristine and quick, more like playing in the summer. Was busy but moved well and the locals were very friendly and welcoming. This was especially true in the canteen, bar and pro shop. Play this course if you are in the area.

The course is very well maintained however it doesn’t offer enough by way of variety, most holes are long hitters with little to no risk with wide fairways.

The “back 9” tee positions are too similar to the “front 9” to offer any real difference, but - for the first time around, it was good to see an improvement from the first time around.

Worth going to and having a go around. Nice course, just not massively suited to me.

Booked last minute as the course I normally play was closed. Greens were decent considering the weather but apart from that the course is bang average at best. £22.50 to basically play a 9 hole municipal course is well over priced.

Greens were fantastic for February, aways a good smile from the clubhouse shop

Hardly rained for 3 weeks, but there was a lot of mud. Heard from someone else playing at the same time that it seems to “retains water”. Quite disappointing.

I got there unfortunately on a day when the greens were being sanded so all winter greens.. course was lovely though.. a bit back and forward but some lovely features and well set out course. looking forward to going back as greens looked amazing

Played here for the first time with a friend yesterday. The tee boxes were in poor condition generally but the greens were good. The lack of basic directions to the next tee at ground level was very frustrating. We struggled to find our way round it took us well over two hours to get round even with the help of a friendly group putting us on track after the first hole....
