Conditions on fairways have improved enormously and the greens were very good

This is a great course for a middle handicapper ,mature and excellent value

Great course, a few interesting/challenging holes, well layed out. The dry conditions made it even more challenging. Overall a good round of golf was had. Staff very friendly and helpful.

£7 for an egg and bacon roll! Microwave bacon! Terrible coffee, tee boxes and greens shot to pieces. Tee boxes worst I’ve played on this year by far. Not enjoyable at all.

Great course but slow round took around 5 hours most of which was waiting around as those in front seem to be taking much longer to progress

I’ve been playing Abbots for over 20 years. The layout is challenging enough but good for practicing also. The recent change of ownership has lead to positive investment in the course and clubhouse which has really tidied up the place. Looking forward to playing it again and seeing how the plans develop.

Overall a decent, challenging course but the Tee's and especially the greens need a lot of work. Also the bunkers are full of stones, not much sand and are best avoided.
