Good but…
To be fair there’s not too much wrong here. P
Nice layout with some challenging greens and undulations. Fairways often open up but can at times provide a daunting strike; which is great cause it makes you think. Tee boxes aren’t the best in terms of upkeep and it’s just a little rough around the edges so to speak. For £50 I would be a bit disappointed so try to get it in a deal. Staff are super friendly though and amenities are nice enough. I would play it again.
Stunning
Best course I have played for a long time, really friendly welcome from everyone at the club albeit a little understaffed at the bar after.
Will definitely be back, greens were immaculate and many of the holes were really special. Keep up the great work!

The course was better than expected, green were really good. Food good and staff were very friendly.
What a find!
Had a 'voucher' and Swaffham was on the list - we loved it - so many holes that we said "I'd like to play that again" - so it was our first time of playing the course but it won't be the last - we'll be back!
Swaffham golf course
This is an excellent golf course, friendly and welcoming members well laid out in beautiful settings. Travelled from London and would do so again. H Walters
Promising but disappointing at the same time...
I joined 3 others on hot deal tee time. None of us had played the course before and we were all at different playing abilities. Pace of play was about 3.45 which I thought was reasonable for a 4 ball.
The course layout was interesting with a good variety of holes HOWEVER the condition of the course left something to be desired.
We were not informed that the greens had been hollow tined and sanded within the last week. Consequently the greens did not putt well at all.
Also we were not told that the 17th green was a temporary one shortening the hole by about 90 yards.
Also many of the blue tees in operation were in front of the red tees and just on an area of "fairway".
Would i play the course again? Probably but not at this time of year and definitely not before calling the pro shop to ask suitable questions. You have been warned!
Great course
Played this course a few times now and all at different times off the year, it plays well all year round, would recommend

Played around on a lovely late Saturday afternoon all on my own
Course in lovely condition and a good test 13 Stableford points going out and 18 coming back
Good test would love to play again sometime
