One of the best courses I’ve ever played, considering the rain we’ve had, unbelievable condition.
Great winter course
Course in great nick for the time of year we played. All tees and greens open.
Brilliant
Wonderful course in picturesque part of Cheshire. As the course is built on sandstone, it drains well. Whilst lots of courses in Cheshire and Merseyside are closed due to the really wet conditions, this course was immaculate; in fact, I had hardly any mud on my trousers at the end of the round! Bunkers were all playable and in good condition. Friendly, helpful staff and many congratulations to the grounds staff for maintaining the course in such fine condition. Well worth the money.
Great Condition
The course was in great condition especially considering the time of year (November) and the amount of rain we have had in recent week. Definitely recommend you to play this course.
Pristine golf course
Finding it difficult to play winter golf? You’ve found an answer at this golf course. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were emasculate. Will come back again and again. Definitely worth the money on the hot deal we had!

No complaints with Vale Royal Abbey. Every time we have played there it has been in a good condition. Excellent course in a great location.
Great value for money
Course in great condition considering the wet weather this summer. Excellent value for money. Fir me the course is better than many other places that are charging nearly double what Vale Royal charges.
Great course in great condition
Vale has always been a great track but given all the rain in July I was expecting soft fairways and greens but the course was in superb condition and the greens aerated and quick. Well worth £30
Beautiful course
Stunning course and great lay out, has some of the biggest bunkers I've ever seen but it's all about course management
