Played in wonderful sunshine with a mid afternoon tee time.

This course was in magnificent condition and must have been really well cared for during the horrific winter/early spring we’ve had. Finally some roll on drives and being that 20-30 yards closer to the greens make all the difference. Greens were a good speed, not rapid by any means but it’s still early in the season. Even bunkers, which seem to be neglected at a lot of courses these days, were excellent!

A thoroughly enjoyable round of golf and an absolute bargain on a hot deal!

Had a lovely day at a wonderful course . Everything was top notch greens fairways bunkers ( I went in many ) . Course is on another level. I've played many courses and this is certainly in the top 10.

Beautiful course superbly maintained some very interesting holes . No over long out to difficult . I really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink prices reasonable.

Considering the amount of rain we've had the course was very good and the greens were incredible fair play to the green staff ...

This must be the only club in Cheshire that the members do not replace their divots, the first hole was absolutely destroyed and trying to find a position that you could play from without a divot was troublesome.

The divots continued to be an issue throughout, which shocks me considering the price at peak time is £59

For the weather we have had, what a course greens running true. Fairways very good no standing water. Definitely recommend and go back. Paul

Great course to play in the winter fantastic greens and fairways were bone dry fella in the shop said all tee boxes were open but a few holes was off mats but can’t complain lovely lay out and fantastic course 100 percent be back to play .

Great track! Would happily play again! Infact im back in summer will be awesome on a sunny Saturday! Pint back at 19 was reasonable priced too

I would recommend this course to all golfers that are looking for a challenge in great surroundings. Considering the time of year, the course was in excellent condition, especially the greens. Look forward to returning in the summer

Wonderful course in picturesque part of Cheshire. As the course is built on sandstone, it drains well. Whilst lots of courses in Cheshire and Merseyside are closed due to the really wet conditions, this course was immaculate; in fact, I had hardly any mud on my trousers at the end of the round! Bunkers were all playable and in good condition. Friendly, helpful staff and many congratulations to the grounds staff for maintaining the course in such fine condition. Well worth the money.

The course was in great condition especially considering the time of year (November) and the amount of rain we have had in recent week. Definitely recommend you to play this course.

Finding it difficult to play winter golf? You’ve found an answer at this golf course. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were emasculate. Will come back again and again. Definitely worth the money on the hot deal we had!
