Booked in error wrong time, lady in the pro shop was very sympathetic and helpful, she sorted things and I still managed to play, can’t thank her enough, or recommend the club highly enough.

Apparently it now has new owners who are investing and it shows. We attended yesterday as a visiting club..Hedsor GC.. and we're delighted with all aspects. Need to be mindful that caterering stops at 4pm, but if you know you can plan for it. Definitely our Club will be back to meet the course challenges. Thanks.

Pro shop wasn’t open on arrival, clubhouse was shut at 6.15 so no refreshments after. Course was in good condition but play was slow due to poor etiquette was group in front.

Great location, however greens were in a very poor condition slow and uneven esp for the time of year and a 24 deg temp. Layout is chaotic to say the least, constant crossing back and forth. Fairways were excellent however it was clear that investment in better greens is required. We would not play here again.

The course is generally ok, but they could do more to keep it looking and playing nice.

For example many of the water hazards look tired and dingy or are lacking water entirely and are now just mud holes.

Although the bunkers themselves are fine the rakes are old, rusty and with damaged handles. Additionally there are black dead areas on some of the greens.

This just makes the course look tired and in need of some TLC. It wouldn't take much to bring it up to spec so I wonder why they haven't bothered to do so.

The course is in good nic and the staff are friendly but it was a frustrating round.

When I arrived early to enquire about a new trolley purchase they could not find any prices or sell me one, (extreme circumstances led to this so I can not take much away). However, there were members in front playing at a silly pace and creating a large queue and would not let anyone play through, causing a major back on on Tees behind. Also once we eventually completed our round the had stopped doing 90% of the menu as they moved over to roasts so even a sandwich was out of question.

Only thing letting the condition down was the bunkers really, weeds growing though any I saw. Played out of 2 and the sand was good but the weeds made it challenging.

Booked three times and cancelled twice without even bothering to call me.

The staff are rude and don't know how a phone works, the second time they had a competition on cancelled the tee time and didn't even bother to tell us.

Travelled 40 minutes there to be told we couldn't play when we had paid.

They don't answer, they don't call you and they can't work out how to book tee times ( pretty essential for a golf course).

Do not book this course, go to one of the other courses near where you will actually be able to play.

We booked 18 holes on golf now but were advised that only 12 holes were open and therefore it was a 12 hole round. I would have booked elsewhere if I were informed when booking.

We were rushed off early which not no warning up. I honestly had an awful 12 holes of golf. Not sure I would play here again, the overall experience wasn’t great.

The course does not warrant a £35 per round price tag . Every tee was a temporary one and most greens were temporary ones which were an area on the fairway cut short which was not good . All the greens that we were allowed on were soggy underfoot . All in all a not nice experience had by all four of us .

Was allowed to book and charged £35 when course was actually closed

I have emailed you about the course being closed due to rain, so I am looking for a refund for the four balls I paid for.

I am still waiting for a refund and a response to my last minute closure by the course and refund. Me and my playing partner travelled 50 miles each round trip to only hear the course had been closed. I am still waiting for a refund.

Played this course for the first time early on Boxing Day. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was pleasant surprised. Nice layout and a decent challenge. The course held up well despite the recent rain. They had 3 temp greens in play but this was too bad. The geeebs that were in play were terrific. My only gripe was the signage. There are a few holes were the next teee isn’t so obvious and I got lost a few times. But overall very happy and would certainly play again.
