Save yourself the disappointment. This is by NO means a. contender for any serious golfer's 'Best Courses' inclusion. It's a cascading series of narrow fairways, slow greens and distant views which look as if they belong to the wrong vista. This is a £35 a round everyday hackers track. I can only assume those that suggest otherwise simply haven't experienced the joys of playing on a high-end well manicured golf course.

We are sorry you were so disappointed with your round with us but as you can see, most reviews compliment the condition of the course. The greens are in superb condition for this time of the year with seasonal temperatures consistently below the average that is expected for April/May. Again, apologies that we did not meet your high expectations.

Was surprised that the course was so empty for a sunny bank holiday afternoon. We arrived early and was very well received at the pro shop and offered to go out early.

Course looked fantastic and was in pretty good condition. Greens were a little long and played a bit slower than I like. Else where on the course was great and had a very enjoyable round.

Will be back for sure.

We had a great day at Woldingham GC. The staff were very friendly, the course was in great condition.. the overall conditions were very good, greens were great. Just a fantastic course for a £50 green fee. Would defiantly recommend.

Poor condition

I was really looking forward to this course but was let down for a few reasons, bunkers full of stones and lack of sand, greens on front 9 were full of divots and generally in poor condition with uneven roll, back 9 slightly better. For a course charging £50 you expect a much better condition. General care for the course seemed poor.

We are sorry to read your review. As you will see from the many other reviews recently, the course conditions have been highly rated so we are disappointed not to meet your expectations. The bunkers are stone raked 3 times a week but the recent heavy rain has meant that the sand has been compacted which is being addressed. The greens are cut and rolled daily giving an even roll so am surprised to read your comments. We hope that you come back so that we have the opportunity to change your mind.
