Overpriced and very slow play
Paying £50 for this course is extremely poor value for money. Having played this course for the first time I was very disappointed. It took 5 hours for our 2 ball, they simply put too many groups out! In winter conditions the course also played poorly. This course should not be charging more than £30 a round.

With Buggies allowed, one expects the course to be very playable. Unfortunately we found the course too wet.
Extreme care required because of sloping fairways.

Great first time course
Got our early in front of a couple societies. Had we not, I think it would have been very slow. So make sure that isn’t the case when you play.
It was a gorgeous morning and the course was in pretty good condition despite being at the end of a. Wet week.

Nice course, good layout and well worth the money
Not an easy course but in good condition
If any feedback to be given would be nice to see map boards on each hole for first time players

Not worth £50
Not worth 50 quid play Surrey national a lot better course

Over 3 hours for 9 holes!
Best steer clear of Woldingham as they allow big societies to play there on a Saturday which makes it impossible to get 18 holes in. They would rather take the money than service members, loyalty card holders and regulars.
The society were not even members themselves!!!
Thank you for your review. Saturday did not have any large societies playing...one group of 12 and one of 14. It was an exceptionally busy day though made up mostly of 4 balls. The pace of play was slower than normal mainly due to a Club competition in the morning though we did not time anyone in over 4hrs 40mins. As you have suggested that you are a regular player, we hope you agree this is not the norm. Hope to see you again soon.

Slow play but great greens…
Haven’t played here for some time, but wanted to try my new shaft on my driver. Lots of carry and the greens were smooth and fast. Hit a 3 over par 75 so very happy!

Great course with weekend bookings
What a great course, good challenge and very good condition. Bunkers are horrible with pebbles in which was a real shame
Thank you for your review. Bunkers are a constant battle with the unseasonal weather we have all been experiencing but the Greenkeeping staff are addressing this on a weekly basis when weather allows. Hope to see you soon.
An honest round of golf
I have played this course a few times and it plays more interesting than it looks, if that makes sense? It looks very open and bland, but its an ok course - greens usually in good nick, and a strong finish run of holes 16 - 18. Staff in pro shop and spike bar VERY friendly and helpful. I always enjoy my visit there.

Thank you for your review. Every tee time at weekends are currently being booked and imagine the same can be said of other courses as demand still exceeds supply. We have not timed any round at weekends over 4hrs 35 minutes in the last month and everyone last weekend was paired up so you should have been playing as a 4 ball. We have had a lot of positive comments about the course conditions this winter so hope you can visit again soon.
