warm welcome and great course design/challenge
not my first time there but every time a pleasure to play at Woodcote Park Golf Club and certainly not the last. A very warm welcome at the pro shop, with recommendations and advice. Friendly people let me go through here and there (I was on my own starting) and joined another 2 members on their own later. Really good experience as a visit. Finished in 3:15 hours while 2 competitions ahead (great considering). the course is at its best, really; greens are in neat condition, and the fairway is perfect and rough where it should be. The design of the course penalises wayward shoot, but not too badly. Really it's to put on the list if you have not yet.
A good course
Second time playing here. Very well kept greens and fairways for this time of year. Some challenging dog legs. Pace of play was good with a group of four letting me play through. Would definitely play again.

My second time playing at Woodcote Green. Course in excellent condition and the greens were first class. Could not believe this for the time of year.
You can see that the have put a lot of effort into course maintenance.
Everyone we spoke to were very friendly.
If you get the opportunity to play here. Take it.
Great!
Best greens I think I have played in the south of UK full stop. Great condition and a challenging but sometimes rewarding layout. Wasn’t quite the beast in length that they say it is but still has its moments. Can’t fault the place really. Was warned only to wear white socks next time!
Excellent course, great condition! Greens in great shape and run true even after a heavy soaking the day before!
Outstanding course
From arriving at the course there wasn't a blade of grass out of place. The hedges and grass around the Clubhouse were sharp and pristine. The course set up was brilliant. Plenty long enough driving range and a great short game area. Plenty of trees on the course but the rough was long enough for the ball to sit down but findable and playable. The greens were receptive and ran true. Can't wait to return.

Very nice private course. Long but worth it if it comes up on golf now. Well kept.
lovely afternoon
Woodcote Park is a lovely course tucked away in Coulsdon. Staff very friendly. And if you are a bigger hitter course stretches to 6,800 yards off the whites.
Really good course
A really good course that's in great condition and has some excellent holes. Well worth playing.
