The First Tee of North Florida - Brentwood Golf Course

The pace of play was good and the greens were were very good, the best I have sen in a while. Tee boxes could use some needed care.

Tee boxes and greens need major attention. They were either not cut or had major holes or divots in them. Some of the plugs were too low and made making a put nearly impossible to make the putt. Staff was extremely friendly on a plus note. I would love to see a beverage cart out on the course so you don't dehydrate while on the course during warmer days. Instead of having to wait till you get done with 9 holes to get back to the pro shop.

Love the layout and a good practice course. The winter was extremely harsh to this course, but I’ve played it the last few weeks and it’s been improving week over week. I am sure by summer it will return to better conditions. You can’t beat a chance to play for the right price.

It’s popular and busy, so be aware of that when you go, the value just can’t be matched. Nice staff.

Greens, tees, and fairways suffering right now. Hopefully when spring comes around the conditions will improve. For the most part, putting on the greens was ok but some problem spots do get in the way. Somehow I managed to shoot a personal best even par with only 30 putts so making putts was possible. Still a good value if you just want to get out and play without paying a small fortune.

I need a refund course was full and I left, they told me I would not be able to get a cart for a hour and had my girl with me. Front desk said to call or contact golf now for the refund

This course is 9 holes. It’s a great value course with shorter par 4s. It’s a great value game improvement course.

No refund was given to me after paying on Tee Off which the man at the pro shop didn’t believe me that I had already paid. I understand that its all 3rd party but come on, why would I lie to play at a janky course like that? Staff was horrible and they turned everyone away that had already paid or booked online to cater to a massive group teeing off at 3:30. No refunds were given out as far as I know. Wont be back to that down and out course.

Was playing better in September, majority of tees were 75% sand (very little grass), otherwise great value.

Course is in great shape but don't go on Saturday they have no parking and kids are learning on the first and ninth so those are out then we had these two jacklegs in front of us driving on the green with the cart The ranger if there was one no where to be found plus the place is getting a little shady for the location it's a shame cause I like the course but I probably not going back after 15 years going there. I've even seen guys jump the fence in the back and try to rob some guy had a gun ahead though !!! So any way if you go there and have a permit Carry your weapon

Although the greens and fairways are now in above average conditions, it seemed that all 9 tees were 80%sand / 20%grass. Otherwise the course is in good condition.
