Played this with 11 buddies last week and we had a terrific day out, course is in beautiful condition after the summer we’ve had.

Challenging start but if you get through the first 3 holes okay you’re in for a great round. You’ll use every club in the bag which a loved, greens are fast, bunkers are big and no 2 holes are the same! Felt like the course had 3 or 4 feature holes! It’s a long course so if you’re soft I’d recommend a buggy.

19th hole is a real treat had to play it twice! Thank you we had such fun! We will all be back for sure.

A fantastic course where no two holes are the same and you can tell the team have been working very hard to maintain it, in great condition!!! Worked up an appetite so got a bite to eat after in the glasshouse where we were served one of the best chicken burgers I’ve ever had, accompanied by a refreshing lager beverage.

Great course with a lot of picturesque holes. Grounds have definitely improved since a year ago. Would strongly recommend ! Finished the day with a cracking meal in the glasshouse after. Chicken tempura is amazing.

Thoroughly enjoyed this course, challenging but brilliant, make sure you stock up with plenty of fluids as you’ll need to keep hydrated

Greens were not the best as well used and not very true but overall not a bad course 7/10

Staff at Rowallan were brilliant and gave us all a pitch mark repair tool & plenty tees on our arrival at pro shop. The course was in great condition and a brilliant challenge for our group of mid - high handicap players.

Special mentions to the par 3 8th a superb hole & the 18th towards the new castle a stunning finish to the course

Excellent challenging holes, course condition has improved 100% since I last played over 5 years ago. Well worth the money.

Course in good condition considering the amount of rain fallen in the past few days. Greens running well, not that many putts found the hole! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Only grumble stuck behind a 4 ball who thought they were playing in the Ryder Cup, waiting most shots.

Great course fairways immaculate greens fast lovely lay out rough can be pretty harsh if you find it .Staff friendly and welcoming small welcome bag with a few tees ball marker pitch repairer and pencil on arrival definitely play again would highly recommend

Great course with well kept greens and a good for a mid to high handicapper

Fantastic condition considering all the rain that has fallen the night before

Seriously letting the whole setup down by not vaddressing the condition of the bunkers
