Cheshunt Park Golf Centre

Condition of course is generally very good, some greens require bit more attention though.

Pace can be slow, noticed that on previous rounds here too.

Overall it’s a good course for a public one at least.

Would have loved to have played here in the warm weather, it was cold & windy today but still really enjoyed the test.

Fairways could do with a cut and the greens were good but could I read them NO!!!

Might play again but considering we have only just started getting wet weather I was surprised how wet the course was, don’t do mud.

Still good course nice long challenge.

For a public course this place is brilliant. Better than a lot of privately owned courses. Greens were running quick and were nice and even. Nice open fairways to let off your driver but then some challenging holes too shooting off a corner or over some water. Good variation of holes to challenge you with some fun par 3's to sink. Lovely par 5's that really open you up for some birdie opportunities. I will come back here plenty I am sure.

The busiest course I’ve ever played. First tee box had 4 groups waiting to play. From then onward it was 5min waits to play each shot. Ridiculous to let so many 4 balls on

For a municipal course it was excellent, condition would put many private courses too shame. Greens were very good. layout quite interesting and enjoyable.

Heard a lot of good reports over the years but never managed to play it til yesterday!

£16 plus booking fee was still good value for a Friday afternoon.

Even after all the recent rain, the fairways and rough/semi rough were well maintained.

Greens were in pretty good condition apart from the noticeable amount of unrepaied pitch marks! Worst I’ve seen in years !

In general the experience was good but not sure if due to COVID but bunkers were in very poor condition as there were no rakes so they were unraked and there were many with grass and weeds too!

Sorry but one other thing I noticed but the waste bins were overflowing and it appeared that the birds and squirrels were busy scattering rubbish looking for food! Problem easily rectified byv council!

Would go back again!

Cheshunt park golf course is ok

The layout is good, it’s quite long and probably the right price for the course £25 for 18 holes nowadays is good

The ground staff - terrible. !!

I don’t know who upset them but they are rude with no etiquette

In the one round on 2 occasions we had to wait for them1, trim the tea off pint 5 mins and second worst of all

The guy was mowing the green in front of us another 5 minutes

A well looked after course, with some nice open fairways, I found the greens in really good condition would just like to of found a bit more sand in them bunkers to play out of, will definitely be back soon

Nice course to get back into golf. Greens are lovely and some nice tactical holes for lay up. Would go back.

After a hot and dry week I was very impressed with the fairways and greens! I rarely play well on this course but it's a great course with good features so I'll keep coming back to chase a good score. Staff are excellent too!
