Cheshunt Park Golf Centre

Took almost 5 hours to get around the course. We noticed a couple of five balls playing a few people in front of us. A lot of players not wearing golfing attire. Unfriendly staff. The course was in good condition and the greens ran well.

I would not come back to Cheshunt to play golf...ever

Booked the first course to come up on my app after the announcement that golf can return! Over an hour drive but was willing to drive the length of the country just to be out again! Good course and well maintained, no complaints from any of my friends or from myself, would recommend.

Fair greens and some difficult holes make this friendly course great value

Average course, no real appeal on the view side of things. Considering they have been closed for 3 months I expected tee boxes to be in better condition. As it is open part land there was also a lot of foot traffic on the course. Especially children which is extra worrying when your on the tee box with people in range. Some people were even sitting under trees etc around the course

Arrived at course not knowing that is was carry bags only, as we are to seniors we were not able to play due to weight of golf bags.

Best greens I’ve played all year and to boot they have a cafe snack bar half at the 9th green - Couldn’t of been happier.

If you are looking for a relatively cheap easy to access course then this is good value. It’s quite long and quite flat (so it suffers when quite wet) but the greens are very well maintained.

The course is good and great value. Can't complain for the price you play with nice laid out holes. Sadly the maintenance hasn't carried through in the start to the winter. No issues with summer play here but as soon as it has got wet the grass isn't dense enough to give a good fairway. The mud to grass ratio is poor. The pace of play was also very slow with a lot of groups in front hacking around and slow to let through and not all did. Might wait to go back after the winter.

Great course and great for a beginner like me. Water hazards and bunkers to challenge the players.

Only one downside was that there too many leaves on the fairways and ground and lost a few balls but apart from that definitely as the title. Value for money and will certainly be booking again.

First time playing this course I thought it was very nice looking especially as it’s autumn and the trees are all different colours. Layout was pretty easy to follow and once the greens had been swept they was very nice and true.

Only issues I found was with all the rain we have had recently fairways were very boggy, the bunkers were full of stones and not much sand and we teed off just before 8 and was not until the 6th hole till the greens were swept and sprayed
